Great people, friendly, knowledgeable, excellent! The Dr. I saw answered all of my questions. He took a lot of time to make sure my prescription was correct. I can now finally see again. All of the staff were very kind and professional. I would definitely return and refer my friends and family!

We just had our first visit to Parkside Eye Care, and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone here is so friendly, and the doctor Dr. Jonathan Reynon was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We really enjoyed our time!

I had a great first time experience at Parkside Eye Care! The first thing I noticed was how clean and chic the office is. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and up front about the cost of services with and without insurance. The tech got me back to start the exam really quickly. The also doctor completed my eye exam and contact fitting quickly, and she was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. I told my husband to come here when he's ready for a new prescription. Please give the team recognition for the great work and service they do, I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Erin and Dr Yamamoto gave me the best service I could have asked. The Doctor was super detailed and answered any question/concerns that I had. And I Erin was SO wonderful, she was super detailed in my needs and my personality when it came to choosing a new pair of glasses. They had a great selection to choose from and I am so glad this is my eye doctor's office.

We went to Clarity vision before and switched to Parkside. The difference is amazing! The doctors are friendly and provide 1:1 support. My kids felt very comfortable with their first contact lens visit. Would recommend!

Dr. Laura Chen was rude and insensitive to my child. It was the first time for my child, and she sadly found out that she would need to start using glasses. The doctor told her this news very coldly with little compassion or warmth. This resulted in my child feeling distressed and starting to tear up. The doctor did no provide any consolation or reassurance to try and help her, and when my child asked how long she will have to use the glasses, the doctor replied coldly "Well, for the rest of your life." As if it was a life sentence. I jumped into the conversation and interrupted her because my child started to cry. First, this is not true because she can have laser surgery when she is an adult, and second, what kind of insensitive human being doesn't feel compassion for a crying child and tries to explain in a kind, warm, or positive way what will happen. I promised I would never recommend your business to any one of my friends, colleagues, or family after this cruel treatment to my child. My apologies for initial review putting the name of Dr. Monica Ma, that was a mistake. The owner Dr. Monica Ma contacted me, and I explained the situation. I really appreciate her concerns. However, the review stayed because Dr. Chen was rude, and despite the fact I mentioned that she was upsetting my kid, her demeanor was bad.

Love Dr. Ma and her amazing team! The office is friendly, professional, immaculately clean, bright, and welcoming. They have an excellent selection of frames! We especially love that Parkside Eye Care is a locally owned and operated small business and is not part of a franchise. When we visit Parkside, it feels like we are visiting family and care about us.

Went in for a last minute emergency eye visit, Dr.Ma is amazing! She was thorough with her exam and helped reassure me on the problem I was having. The front desk ladies were also courteous and knowledgeable. Very smooth visit!
