Our family moved to the United States in 2023, and since then we have been receiving care at The Eye Center Cary. We have been extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience.
The doctors and staff are truly professional, kind, attentive, and caring. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make us feel comfortable and confident. The clinic is well organized, welcoming, and provides a very high level of care.

Loved the entire experience and staff were courteous, attentive and friendly (not performative customer service friendly but genuinely kind and happy to be there). No delays with my appointment. Answered all my questions. Even had a member of the team waiting to assist me with purchasing glasses after my eye exam. They were willing and quick to accommodate my needs. I was able to place an order for eye glasses and have them ship to my home. A very smooth and seamless process. Definitely recommend. Unfortunately, I only visited due to an emergency need while visiting family in NC but, their service certainly created the desire to locate one near me in my home state.
Thanks to the entire team! Doctors Fowler and Paquin. Technicians Josh and Kaden. Front Desk Reina, Tyler and Sara. Salesperson Maliana as well as everyone else who were diligently serving the other clients with great poise and enthusiasm.

The doctor is great and I'm happy with the care here. I'm just not a fan of LensCrafters and their overpriced ugly glasses selection (in my opinion)
I think the eye care center should give patients their pupillary distance (PD) so they can purchase glasses elsewhere..
But the eye center is good in my books minus that one thing.

The front desk staff was top tier, very pleasant and personable. We laughed and talked about how 3 of the 4 of us had birthdays with the same astrological sign. The Tech who started my appointment was super sweet and highly trained, explaining each test that he did before he completed them. The Dr. was great, extremely thorough in the exam and additional testing of my eyes! Thank you!

First time at this center. I came on time had to wait well over 20 minutes, there was a hiccup with a previois patient so that may have been the reason for the wait.
Receptionist was very pleasant, for me he is too soft spoken which isn't a bad thing just difficult for people hard of hearing. I don't know what the person is called assistance, eye tech? He was great explaining all the machines and their functions when asked. He too soft spoken made it a little difficult to understand his requests.
From there back to waiting room to wait for a room/Dr to be available. Waited maybe 10 minutes, was brought to another room to see the Dr. Waited about 10 minutes. By this time is was around 5pm. The Dr. Looked tired and Im sure he was.. He was professional and answered my questions. The exams were thorough. I would recommend this establishment..

I took my daughter to get her eyes checked. The doctor took his time examining her and did a great job. Also Ari was phenomenal. Unfortunately the front desk staff was not courteous. I had several questions and the employee responded with a bad attitude. As a responsable parent and a paying customer, I have every right to ask questions to ensure the procedures are safe for my highly allergic child. I hope management addresses this, as patients safety and respectful communication should always be a priority.

Was so impressed with the experience I had at the Eye Center and LensCrafters yesterday. I had the most thorough eye exam and got a new prescription from Dr Salopek. I have macular degeneration so any improvement in my prescription is such a big help. Jackie the manager and the entire staff were so helpful! I am getting the new Nuance hearing aid glasses which are amazing and I am very excited to now have glasses and hearing aids in one chic package.!
