InView Eye Care

I've been a patient at InView Eye for several years, and my first visit to their new location reaffirmed why I continue to trust them with my eye care. The new office is clean, modern, and welcoming. The clinical team and most of the staff were courteous, attentive, and professional -- they took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The only exception was my interaction with the male front desk staff member during check-in. When I mentioned that I was a bit confused by the parking restrictions in front of the building, he responded, "As per the text you received, it states that you can park in spaces ####." I had not seen a text message regarding this, and the tone of the response felt abrupt and not aligned with the level of service I have consistently experienced here. A simple acknowledgment of the confusion -- along with guidance such as, "For future visits, please park in the spots designated ####" -- would have felt more welcoming. The interaction was somewhat off-putting, particularly given the otherwise strong service culture I've come to expect. My doctor was exceptional. Every concern I raised was addressed with clarity and patience. I received a comprehensive explanation of my eye health, including detailed insight into current findings and thoughtful, well-reasoned recommendations moving forward. It was evident that my care was being approached with both clinical expertise and genuine attentiveness. After several years as a patient, I can confidently say that InView Eye continues to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. With the exception of that brief front desk interaction, my experience at the new location was very positive, and I would still recommend them to anyone seeking knowledgeable and professional eye care.

After being with my previous provider for more than 15 years, I wasn't sure what to expect. InView Eye Care exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients. The level of customer service and attention to detail really stood out. I'm very glad I made the switch.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The doctors took their time during the exam and were thorough. I didn't feel rushed at any stage. There's a large selection of frames at fairly reasonable prices. We will definitely be returning!

My husband Al and I both had the pleasure of working with Kayla at the Durham location at the same time and she was on point! She went back and forth seamlessly between us without skipping a beat. I would describe her personality as engaging, personable, friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, efficient, patient, caring and professional! We had a joyful time with her during our visit. It was indeed our pleasure to have her assistance during our visit!

Dr. Esmail was fantastic and asked lots of good questions, which is so important for a first time visit. I had a great experience here and will come back when I need a new glasses prescription.

The team was very knowledgeable, thorough, and comprehensive, and they used top of the line equipment that didn't cut corners.
