I want to thank Maria for her amazing customer service! She is the best optical expert I've ever worked with! She was so patient with me while I chose my new frames, taking the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. When my new designer sunglasses arrived, she reminded me to hold onto the regular non-prescription lenses, just in case I might want to sell them later. No one has ever pointed that out to me before, and she's absolutely right! No one wants designer sunglasses with prescription lenses. When you tire of them, switch the lenses back, then give them to a friend, or sell them on Marketplace. She also had a few new styles that she knew I would like on hand for me to try on when I picked up my new glasses. That's great customer service and attention to detail! Thank you, Maria, for looking out for me! You are the best!

I had an amazing experience at Piedmont EyeCare Associates thanks to Maggie and Tatyana! Maggie went truly above and beyond-- even when the doctor was out of the office, she took the initiative to message me directly and make sure I got comfortable contacts right away. She had my new lenses ready within a day, and her communication and customer care were exceptional. Tatyana was equally wonderful. She helped me find the perfect pair of frames and was so patient with adjusting them multiple times until they fit perfectly. Her attention to detail and warm personality made the entire process enjoyable. Both Maggie and Tatyana provided outstanding service, and I'm so grateful for their help. Highly recommend this office!

I've been with Piedmont EyeCare for 25 years, so they must be doing something right! I wanted to state that I love the new office layout as it is much more efficient. The front office staff is always welcoming, helpful and professional from check in to check out. My visit this week was with Heather and Dr. Major. Heather was exceptional as she explained what each test was for which is important to me. She is professional, knowledgeable, and exudes positive energy - one can tell she really enjoys her job. Of course my fav is Dr. Major who spent an appropriate amount of time tweeking my prescription and discussion all options with the same positive attitude. From the front staff, Heather and Dr. Major - they are assets to this great company!

My experience at Piedmont Eye Care has always been positive. I appreciate the efficiency and pleasant nature of the staff at the front desk. I was particularly impressed by Heather who did the initial series of tests. She demonstrates the perfect blend of professionalism and a kind, thoughtful nature. As always, Dr. Major did a great job of examining my eyes, offering information, and answering my questions.

I love the staff at piedmont eye care Blakeney.. I can't thank them enough for making my 5 year old son's first eye exam an amazing time! I was nervous about how is it gonna be but Dr. Major and Maria were soooo nice and looks like they have good experience with kids! He went there grumpy but left happily dancing!! After a month I had an appointment with Dr. Major too and she was amazing explaining everything to me.. and then I was lucky to have Maria again helping me to have these beautiful glasses.. These people go above excellence!

Dr. Major and Maria (optical) were wonderful to work with--kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Maria helped me choose glasses that would look best with my face shape and everyday use, and she offered honest, thoughtful feedback throughout the process. She made the entire experience easy and comfortable. Highly recommend her.

my experience at Piedmont Eye Care Blakeney location....I can't say thank you enough for making my first experience ever at an eye doctor PERFECT! EVERYONE IS so amazing! From the moment I walked in every person was so helpful and nice. The lady at the front desk was so patient and helped me get an appointment in that day with the doctor. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. I was able to see Doctor Philippe and he was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to go over everything with me and explained things so that I could understand. He also allowed me to ask question and made me feel like more than just another patient. I can't thank him enough for that. I appreciate him so much. He has a special gift and hope he knows he impacts people's lives in a good way every single day! Shaina was FANTASTIC!! I have never had my eyes checked in my life and god bless each and every one of the people who helped me. She took her time to help me find the right pair of glasses and truly cared about making sure I was okay and good with it all. She's a true angle!! Hope this brings everyone joy and thank you again for everything !

Just went today for the first time and this office is fantastic! Jessica C was so friendly and knowledgeable about not only the office but contact lens's prices, rebates and shipping. It was the most thorough eye exam I have had in years. The office was clean and filled with the latest technologies. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff and doctor is above par! I'm glad I found Piedmont!
