This was my first time going to this location after several years of not having my eyes checked. Even though there were a lot of people in the office, there weren't long lines or wait times. The staff was super friendly and kept me informed of all of my options and explained what was going on at every step of the process. My only gripe was the selection of glasses were mostly out of my price range. But I was able to find a few nice pairs that didn't break the bank. I will definitely be back and not just to pick up my glasses.

Love, love this office, their doctors and staff! The staff were kind and informative. I especially like their camera that takes pictures of your eyes so you do not have to be dilated. I have seen Dr. Tammy Hawks for many years and she is great! She is very knowledgeable and really takes time with her patients.

This was my first time at this location as we previously went to the Rocky River office. I was pleasantly surprised as this location is very easy to get to with plenty of parking, friendly front office staff, the office is light and bright, and feels open and airy. Dr. Best and his assistant were both very knowledgeable, explained everything, and answered all my questions in an easy to understand way. They have a nice selection of frames and the staff made selecting my new glasses easy. I will definitely be back!
