Dr. Brown has been wonderful with both of my children through the years. She made herself immediately available when my daughter had an emergency. She talks with my son about things outside of eye care, remembering where he is in his education, engaging him with book discussions and his interest in music. As a result, he has a lot of respect for Dr. Brown and looks forward to seeing her each year.

She was supper nice with my daughter and make her feel comfortable, my daughter was nervous because it was her first time and all the time feel like that at new doctors. Thank you Dr Brown for be nice and helpful with my daughter.

I saw Dr Brown in 2024 and first impression was absolutely awful. I was referred to her by neurologist to rule out intracranial pressure. The visit itself took hours that if they were organized and in one building wouldn't have been an issue. Walking me through a maze to get from one area to the other was ridiculous. Part of the walk from one testing area to another was through their records department which I think likely violates HIPPA. When I was being examined by her she tried to push trial treatment with a medication I had already researched and was unwilling to take. I explained to her that I was declining that option in favor of diagnostics because I have done my research on the medication and the side effects were not something I was willing to risk. Her response was appalling. She told me I was an idiot and needed to get off the blogospheres and listen to my doctor. Shockingly the test results came back and I didn't need the medication at all. She wouldn't listen to me about what I was experiencing. When I explained that the neurologist had done preliminary testing and was only referring me for a second opinion to be thorough she said he wasn't a reliable source because he didn't specialize in eyes. He's the headache specialist in Charlotte and a neurologis, I would think he knows intracranial pressure more than she does. Overall I found her to be extremely rude, egotistical and I will never return. Once I had my results I cancelled my followups and have requested all my records. If she can't handle being told no or being questioned by her patients she has no business being a physican. That medication she was pushing on me would have made me incredibly sick for a condition I didn't actually have.

Dr. Brown is great, she seen my baby in the NICU and then checked him again when he came home. She explained everything clearly and was very gentle. Her staff was very welcoming.

Very attentive and responsible doctor, M. Brown My daughter is not visiting this clinic for the first time, and I am very pleased with Dr. Brown work, she is one of the best doctors in the clinic.

Today 9-17-25 I was able to see Dr. Brown. I was a bit scared because at 70 years old I had started seeing double. I was very troubled with what was coming. Dr. Brown was very reassuring and calming. She found the problem and we came to a very easy solution. Thank you Dr.Brown . I rate you and all your wonderful staff at 100 %. Highest Recommendations. Richard Bush.

The doctor was very cold and rude. She came off as inconvenienced by my older daughter being there for HER appointment, and did not want to answer the questions she had about what they were doing to HER eyes! She snapped several times at my younger daughter (it was not her appointment, but I didn't have a babysitter) because she couldn't sit still and she is only 2. Please don't plan on taking your kids to see her. My daughter who had the appointment cried on the way home because she felt ignored by the doctor. I would give zero stars if I could.

Dr. Brown put my sons concerns about having eye surgery to rest as she spoke to the reasons has felt nervous. She spent time answering all our questions and getting to know my son. She is very knowledgeable and I feel very confident in her ability to treat my son.
