Absolutely amazing service! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable in multiple aspects, the doctor was super informative and patient, everyone was so helpful! It's been a long time since I've been to get my eyes checked, I actually found out that my old prescription was a little too strong, they also have a pretty fancy scan imaging service for the back of your eye to truly check the health of it, and ensure we're okay in the long run. One of the office staff/receptionists also told me that's incredibly helpful for folks with diabetes or a family history of it. Better safe than sorry, I'd say! The staff here are very friendly as well as polite. My son has ADHD and Autism and they made sure to explain everything to him and show him what they were doing step by step. They were super patient and very super sweet with him. My son was able to pick out the lenses of his choice and we were able to get everything we needed done. All in all this is a wonderful place to for your eye care needs. Again, I really appreciate the staff and Dr. Harris for giving my som an excellent experience.

This office got 5 stars from the minute I entered til the time I left. I was greeted with a warm welcome. The people there were warm and friendly. They answered all my questions and explained what I didn't understand. Helped my granddaughter pick out a pair of glasses , checked us out fast too. I only came to bring my granddaughter for her yearly exam and to buy new glasses for her. But the friendly , professional service we got was top tier, so I know I'll be coming back to get my glasses too.

Had a great appointment today with Modern Eye Care in Concord, NC. I was blessed to get a same day appointment with Dr. Hobbs. Dr Hobbs was so kind and professional in how he addressed questions I had, explained everything thoroughly, and made me wish I had called for appointment sooner. Brook, at the front desk, and Brittany, the technician, were both pleasant and very professional, making sure the whole appointment was a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Hobbs and his staff for your vision care, and any problems you may be having with your eyes.

I absolutely love this office! Everyone is so nice and they really take the time to explain everything. My kids were with me and everyone was so kind to them and took time to show them things related to mom's eyes. They loved it! I saw Dr. Hobbs and he is very knowledgeable and super nice! I can't say enough good things about our experience there.

I have been a patient at Modern Eye Care of Concord for at least 10 years. Vision examinations are very thorough and this is achieved with updated state-of-the-art technology. In addition to a thorough exam, Dr. Reece educates his patients by providing clear explanations and responses to any questions I may have. Dr. Reece is very patient, I never feel rushed. He referred me to an excellent doctor who removed a skin tag from my left lower eye lid and suggested a superior eye drop remedy for my eye allergy. The technicians who conduct the various screenings are professional and efficient as is Jessica, the office manager. If you're in search of quality vision care, I highly recommend Modern Eye Care with offices located in Concord and Salisbury.

This was my first visit and I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. All of the staff were very welcoming from the time I set my appointment through me leaving the office. Dr. Hobbs was very personable and took the time to explain more than I had ever had from other offices. I will certainly be returning and will move the rest of my family along with me.

Dr. Hobbs is an absolute delight! He thoroughly explained my eye examination in great detail, with photos of the back of my eyes, pointing out specifics details such as eye floater's, explained my cataracts and so much more! He is an outstanding eye doctor and should also be a professor at a university. His knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm for eye care made my whole experience wonderful!!
