The Best eyecare from the front staff to the the last staff. Shout out to Dr. Weeks whom is very professional, knowledgeable, warm and friendly! Shouts out to Sam, Oscar, Jen, and Brandi. I have been a patient here for many years and have seen many doctors, Dr. Mian is the absolute best! Brandi has always helped me with picking out the best frame. She is wonderful as well. The front office is very friendly and the girls that complete the initial screening are great! All in all, a wonderful experience every time!

I have relied on Brandi's expertise to choose the perfect glasses, for around 20 years! She is the main reason I have been a customer for as long as I have been. She is amazing!! Dr. Mian is a great doctor! I have been seeing her for a few years now and plan on continuing to do so! I always have a great experience when I visit this office (Concord, NC)!

Mason was amazing, she greeted me instantly and made me feel comfortable and welcomed! Dr. Wells was also awesome! He checked my eyes and sent me on my way and made sure I was directed to Brandy. Brandy was very efficient in helping me find my correct lenses! My only complaint would be the front desk ladies, I walked in and wasn't even spoken to, customer service is important, maybe some lessons should be taught on that. Other than that, the rest of the team made my experience worth it, very sweet individuals, with positive attitudes! Recently picked up my glasses from Oscar and he was the sweetest! Very helpful.

What a wonderful Practice. I went yesterday for an eye exam and to be fitted for new glasses. The doctor was so nice and explained everything so well. He really took his time and was more thorough than I've ever had before. Brandi fitted me for the glasses. She was so nice and knew exactly which type of frames that would complement me. She also explained all the different features on the glasses and gave me a quote for each.. I definitely will be scheduling another appointment next year.

Brandi was absolutely amazing during my visit on 02/04/2026 and helped me find exactly what I needed. All of the staff were amazing and were very personable and professional. I highly recommend if you want to go to an eye doctor who knows what they're talking about and will treat you as family.

This is the worst eye doctor I know of. I went in and got a prescription, they said I could order over the phone later. When I called to order they put me off for 2 full weeks. When they finally called me back the price I was quoted had doubled, the manager even argued with me. I will never waste my time and money here again! They are very unprofessional!

We got to work with Erin as she went through on-the-job training. She's going to be great! She has a wonderful attitude, and is very helpful. On top of that she is always smiling. Looking forward to many more visits with Erin!
