Today was my first time visiting Vision Loft and the it did not disappoint me. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The young lady that did the initial work to prepare Dr Chen for my eye exam explained everything she was going to do and why. Dr Chen was exceptional; she was patient with me asked questions, and gave me professional advice concerning my eyes. Michelle helped me to decide on the style and type of glasses I wanted. I did not feel like I was being forced to make a decision. She gave me her honest opinion and went through what my insurance covered and didn't cover. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable with what was offered and with my choice. I would truly recommend Vision Loft. The atmosphere is very relaxing.
