Dr. Joyce Adeleke and the front desk staff are so professional and kind. I had such a smooth experience getting my routine eye exam, will definitely be back next year!!

I visit this location once a year for specialty eye exam and this year it was HORRIBLE. The new 'manager' was so rude for no reason. I was simply asking them to bill me instead of paying upfront and she started blabbering god knows what. I even explained thats what I have been doing for last 4 years but still she was not trying to understand and made it seem like I wasnt paying and running away. WTH!!!!!! They were trying to charge me $130+, but with insurance I just got bill today and it is $50. So clearly they were trying to rip off. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. You shouldnt be in customer service field, let alone manager, if you dont have a bit of decency. Doctor and nurse however were very sweet!!

Ordered eye glasses on 12/31. 1:14 I call about my frames was told it should be I. The shipment this week. 1/21 call again oh it should be in the shipment this week I'll call you as soon as we have them. 1/28 oh we have your frames the notifications didn't work. That's funny, you notify me every year when it's time for an eye exam. Zero customer service, bunch of young people working. sad.

Worst customer service. Horrible ambience. I have just now reported them to my network providers and they will initiate an inquiry against this service. I was at the clinic exactly at the time I mentioned. The agent says I need to reschedule and the way she was talking was very inappropriate. That's the least I can say..

Dr. Wells is a class act. Personable and knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing him again. The office staff seem a little unmotivated, but it's not any worse than most medical offices. Big plus--this location seems to keep on time; the Huntersville branch was at least 20 minutes behind both times I visited.

Love this location and all the associates are helpful and friendly. The team made sure to explain all my benefits, pick out my new glasses and even replaced my broken glasses under warranty. Mari was super helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Highly recommend My Eye Doctor, Cornelius location.
