I recently had an amazing experience with Precious & Jaquayle. They were not only incredibly helpful and efficient but also genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure me feel comfortable. What truly stood out was their interaction with me; they made her feel so beautiful in my new glasses.. It's rare to find someone who is great at their job & patient. They are a true asset to the team, and her positive attitude and great service made my day! Thanks!

Absolutely five stars Rochell and Jaquayle are amazing! They've helped me personally buy glasses multiple times, and every visit is a great experience. They're incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and they always go the extra mile to help us find the best deals without any pressure. They make the whole process easy and actually enjoyable. It's rare to find people who are this consistently helpful and kind--can't recommend them enough! From 5:15 to 6:30, We got an eye exam, chose a pair of glasses, got them made and fitted, and paid. No one else is that fast. Broke your glasses and can't see? Go here now! For all the comments complaining about the eye exam part of the process: They are hybrid optical exam. It literally advertises that, please learn how to read. There is always people to help you and the virtual doctors are great at their job. Fastest eye exam and check out process I've ever had.

The experience I had at Stanton Optical was a 5 star experience. The staff was very professional and understanding. Made me feel comfortable and excited to purchase my first pairs of glasses. This is my go to place for my glasses and exam. Jaquil ( not sure if I spelled that right) took great care of me. While I was getting my exam, he picked out frames he thought would match my face. I did choose one he found. It only took a couple of weeks for me to get my new glasses and to get my old ones fixed! Great job at this location

This was my first time at Stanton Optical. I had not had an eye exam in 2 years due to being uninsured. Precious and Rochelle made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I've personally worked in the eye care industry for years on the medical device side of things so I have a fair bit of knowledge about eye care. Given this, I think Precious did a great job of guiding me through the eye exam. She even made sure I knew that I did not have to choose between 1 or 2 when adjusting my prescription and that stating "they are the same" was an option. This is something that is rarely explained to patients but is extremely important. Rochelle was also a large help. I believe she is either an optician, manager, or both. She welcomed me, offered me water, and ensured I knew Precious would be right with me in a few minutes. I was early to my appointment so this was not an issue for me. Additionally, I was having trouble picking frames and when I asked for honest feedback she was able to explain exactly what did or did not suite my face shape. She ended up offering me the perfect solution when I was having difficulty choosing between two frames. I want to preface this by saying budget was not an issue for me personally, but she did make sure to ask my budget at the beginning. I bought one pair as my every day glasses, and another pair I was able to select options to turn them into prescription sunglasses. I also purchased a one month supply of contacts sine I usually wear them for special occasions only. Precious and Rochelle did a wonderful job explaining what my insurance covered and what the different lens and coating options meant. Precious even made sure to tell me about the rebate Alcon (manufacturer) offered so I can submit for money back. I cannot speak to the glasses/prescription themselves due to them not arriving yet. My appointment was only a few days ago for reference. Overall I had a 10/10 experience and will definitely be back int eh future.

They have a particularly good eye for fashion and will match you up with several pairs of glasses that will match your personality and character. I let them pick out all four of my frames and I get compliments all the time and I am extremely happy. They are very extremely friendly and I evenhad a repair that I needed on another pair of glasses and they were so generous that they did it for free. It's a great place and have the best frames selection and the best prices.

I had such a great experience at Stanton Optical! Rochelle, the manager, set the tone with her professionalism and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Elizabeth was patient and knowledgeable, walking me through my options without pressure, and Precious made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. Together, they helped me pick out glasses that actually fit my style and I left feeling confident and cared for. Honestly the best customer service I've had in a long time.
