Dr. Hatfield and her staff are simply kind and professional. I took my 6 year old son for his eye exam yesterday and the tech was extremely patient and gentle with my son who has sensory issues. Dr. Hatfield was very aware of his needs, was flexible to use numbers vs letters in his exam and was supportive throughout as he tends to be very timid. We got some unexpected news and she also handled that with such grace. Wonderful experience at a beautiful office. I feel very safe and seen every time I or one of my children goes to this office.
