I highly recommend Academy Eye Associates. They have been friendly, professional, and great with follow-up. What I particularly appreciate is the doctor's willingness to try different solutions for contact lens issues to achieve a better result. Her willingness to take the time to get it right has resulted in my being able to wear my contacts whenever I choose rather than feeling stuck with glasses when I'd rather use my contact lenses.

The team here is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I have a high prescription, and they took the time to help me find the most flattering and thinnest glasses I've ever had. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality made the whole experience exceptional. I couldn't be happier with my new glasses!

Would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone in this practice is refreshingly kind and professional. You can tell that Dr. Powell respects her colleagues and makes the office a pleasant place not only for patients, but for staff.

I have been seeing these folks since the twentieth century. When you find the best, you stick with it. Friendly staff and cutting-edge opthalmic expertise. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Highly recommend! Dr. Powell and her team were friendly, knowledgeable, and listened. Their advice and recommendations were helpful and appropriate. The clinic is easy to access and has lots of parking. I don't have vision insurance and the cost of the exam was very reasonable. The staff also helped me find a pair of glasses that fit my budget and needs.

Academy Eye Associates is TOP NOTCH on all accounts. From the moment you walk into their quaint offices you feel welcome! Sharon Marilyn, and Wendy are always so nice! Dr. Powell is so personable & friendly, always engaged & conversational, and extremely thorough in her exam. She does an amazing job discussing yearly with me any changes, things that have stayed the same, or recommendations moving forward. I love that she is not pushy about making lens changes every year when not necessary. Marilyn is a frame magician! She has such good energy and makes it her personal mission to find me the perfect frames! She can take my face shape and my style preference and whip together a set of frames for me to try by the time I am finished with my exam. I love her excitement, knowledge, honesty, and all the personal attention she gives me to find a unique pair of frames just for me. It makes my experience so much fun!
