Great experience, especially when I went back to pick up my wife's glasses and I needed to add to to my prescription. Van was amazing. She helped us both out and was super super informative and helpful. In my opinion she went above and beyond.

I was originally scheduled for later that afternoon, they called said they had times available earlier. I was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in and directed to the service desk. Jen was able to get me in and out of the office relatively quickly she was super nice and attentive. I really appreciate the customer service I received today. Definitely worth the 5 stars

It is the worst place you can go to get your glasses fitted. Everything starts with scheduling an appointment. You are not personally attended to by a doctor. The online system they use is not very audible, and to end up, you pay a lot for very poor quality glasses. I haven't even had them for 30 days and they are no longer usable, even with a guarantee. They don't want to replace them.

Avoid this place. They are running a scam and stealing money! I went to get an eye exam, showed up at my appointment time, and was told that my appointment was cancelled by me. Really!?!? After getting in a back and forth with them as they continued to claim that I cancelled my appointment, they agreed to me. Over the next 4 days after my visit, my card was charged with $500 worth of fraudulent charges. I know my card information was stolen here because I used my medical expense card. It only get used sparingly, and had not been used in over a month. Please run away from this place. They will steal your credit card information. Update: Called the store spoke to the manager and she told me that my card could not have been stolen there because they don't write down card numbers. She was adamant of this despite never asking my name, or the date of my visit. I've never seen a business have a customer tell them that someone on their staff is stealing credit information, and they not even think to look into it. I have filed a police report. Additionally, the contacts they gave me don't fit, but I can't go back to them and risk them stealing my money all over again. Now I have to schedule a new appointment with another eye doctor. There was nothing good that came out of this visit.

The people that work here are very kind and doing all they can but the business practices of America's Best are downright awful. No doctor on site, fine, but having the patient sit in a chair while you show them ads for sunglasses until a doctor is free is ridiculous. Wait times are bad because offsite doctors are allegedly reviewing your information. Overall, feels dystopian and you're better off seeing a real doctor.

I popped in to get 2 pairs of glasses fixed and Kimberly was able to help me quickly and effectively. She went above and beyond in even replacing the nose pads and did it all in 5min, free of charge! Highly recommend coming here - friendly and quality eyeglasses service!

My mom fell in assisted living and broke the nosepad stem on her glasses. I stopped by here with no appointment and the staff were welcoming. The optician straightened out the bent stem, installed 2 new nose pads, cleaned the glasses and didn't charge me. This is a wonderful community business! Thank you to America's Best team!

Alexis at the Durham location helped me figure out how to get my husband's glasses fixed. She was patient with me at the desk and even spoke with my husband over the phone to make sure he was getting exactly what he wanted! My experience was easy and pleasant.
