Thank you for the excellent care that I received today during my exam and selection of new eyeglasses. Dr. Lee and her staff were superb! They listened attentively to my concerns and explained what I needed to know with great clarity. Jerri also went the extra mile to assist me in selecting a new pair of eyeglasses that I really like. Visits to an eye doctor does not get better than this!

I went here on 11/22/2017 for a routine eye exam. I made my appointment online on their website and received an appointment confirmation email. When I arrived they had no record of me or my appointment. They did fit me in. While I was waiting there were multiple conversations between the staff in front of everyone in the waiting room that were unprofessional and gave the impression that their team is very disorganized and incompetent. The woman who did my initial screenings recorded my current glasses prescription completely backwards which caused confusion when my eyes were being check. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this business until the doctors get a more competent team.

I visited this place for a routine eye exam. Apparently I had good vision but the doctor and another lady spent about 2 hrs trying to convince me to get a pair of glasses as insurance covers $350. The minimum price of any plain lens with anti-glare coating was $500. So, instead of providing proper care, they are interested in selling these items. 0/5 Go somewhere else.

I had LASIK performed by Dr. Lee on 12/15/16. Everything went great and the staff is fantastic. Melanie walked me through the steps of pre and post care and was extremely helpful. Everyone else there is wonderful too. I can see why Dr. lee has been doing this so long as she is one of the best at it. If you're questioning LASIK talk to the folks here and go for it. You definitely won't regret it Trevor B

Dr.Christine Lee and her staff are the best. So attentive and warm and they take the time to make you feel comfortable. They smile and joke with you so there is no need to be scared. She helped me to be able to do alot of things I couldn't with glasses or contact. They were like my home away from home.

I came to Eye Institute to get my LASIK procedure done and was highly satisfied with the results and my experience here. They were very thorough with pre-op and post-op instructions and answering any questions I had. I was recommended by a few people to get my procedure done here with Dr. Lee and her team. I, too, recommend Eye Institute. The staff here is great!

STAY AWAY. These people are timeshare/used car salespersons. First they charged my wife 125$ for a "free consultation". Then they called to schedule a procedure, saying its 500$ an eye per eye, but my wife only needs one touched up and isn't available so she says she will call back. So she calls to schedule and now its $1,895 for one eye. SUPER SHADY!!!!. consultations are supposed to be free and how did the price triple??? go elsewhere!!!! Groupon has Lasik vision institute deal, 700$ for one eye and free consultation. Just for starters.

I was seen today by Dr. Wrzosek and his nurse as well as the from office personnel were very professional, efficient and friendly. They showed personal interest in me and were concerned about my well being and took care of my medical needs in a prompt and kind manner.
