when I went in to the center to check to see if my glasses had been ready the lady name Pam that works there. holler across the floor before I could step through the door saying that my glasses had not came in and it took 7-14 business days to get them back. I was very embarrassed and felt disrespected because I am the paying customer that works in the mall . so for her to do that. that wasn't cool. especially when the eye care center was jam pack of people. after that I probably would never purchase from there again. cause that was just rude and uncalled for especially after I spent my money with them.

These people are very dangerous. My eyes were dilated for 2 days and it was very painful. They were horrible and bizarre when picking out my glasses. There was no one there who knew how to bill insurance. I had to literally call the insurance company and three way in the insurance girl so she could get it right. My glasses had not been made after more than 3 weeks so I cancelled them. I had already paid my copayment and they refused to refund it. I have filed a fraud charge with the Department of Insurance in NC. Be careful! These folks could seriously hurt you.

I had great service when I had my eyes check. Pam was very helpful in picking out glasses that fit and look good on me .I thank her for great customer service.

Worst place i ever been, old equipment, the doctor not nice, rude, my eye prescription wrong, i think people goes because have vsp or other insurance but i recommend someone else
