I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters today, Ashley was very helpful in explaining the insurance details to me and helped me pick out my frames. Even after my purchase, I did have to have some adjustments made and Ashley was very quick to solve my problems and an effective manner. She is an asset to the store and I'll go back because it is very easy to deal with her.

I went back to LensCrafters today because the frames I originally purchased were hurting my ears. There was nothing that could be done to the frames to alleviate this issue so I was allowed to choose new frames and have my glasses remade under their 30 day guarantee. I worked with Lily and she was fabulous and very helpful throughout the entire process. I had a very good experience.
