Each staff person including the Front desk clerk, that pretty lady that serves your eyes and Doctor Rhodes were nice and very professional! Service was excellent! Thank you so much for having a caring attitude!

I had been going to this location for quite some time, but now I will no longer be going. The reason this isn't one star is because the doctor there, Dr. Pelashia Rhodes, is solid. Rationale: - I had an appointment on September 9th of 2025. I had my normal exam. I was subsequently charged $29 on my Amex that day. - Some four months later (12/2/2025 - today as of writing this post), I was contacted by Paula, the general manager for the location, because according to her, they never collected my $54 copay. Looking at my insurance portal for a claim and charge, she is correct. However, she could not tell me why I was charged the original $29 dollars. They have no record of the charge, nor is there any record of a $29 dollar charge in her system. My Amex statement says differently. Shame on me for not keeping the receipt. I no longer feel comfortable conducting business with them. If you conduct business with them, ensure that you get a copy of the receipt and also have them email a copy to you for your records. It's evident through this experience that their record system may not be full proof. **Amended Review ** - 12/03 My issue has been resolved; evidently, my Amex was charged to the incorrect account. I received several follow-ups and a personalized call from Dr. Rhodes that was escalated with a swift resolution. I've amended to five stars and closed my dispute with Amex. I will continue to patron this establishment based upon the swift resolution.

Dr. Rhodes and Stephanie were amazing!! Really the entire office staff. Stephanie was patient and made sure my Husband picked the perfect pair of glasses. We had a few laughs too!

I came and picked up my glasses and didn't fill like I got good service. They didn't check to make sure my glasses fit ok. When I got home watching TV there was so much glare it was uncomfortable to wear them. Another bad experience with your store. Called and my call wasn't returned. Please get in touch with me

Zero stars if I could give that! Just showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and the doors are locked. A lady comes to the door and unlocks it and asks me if she can help me. I told her I have an appointment at 3:40 PM. She asked my name, I tell her and she then proceeds to tell me that the doctor has left for the day. Extremely poor customer service, you had all day to call me and tell me that the doctor was not going to be in today. Then she asked me if I want to reschedule, I laugh in her face and said no, I will find a much more professional eye doctor.

Always a great experience when I visit for my annual eye exam. Dr. Rhodes and her team provide exceptional service.

I definitely don't recommend this place, look at their receipts because they charge you for things you haven't ordered, they also charge you for the photo even saying no. And the worst thing that happened to me is that they gave my son glasses that were not for him and they play crazy they don't take their responsibility. Pay $800 more on 3 lenses with insurance. And they charge me for services I didn't receive. And the worst thing is that they damaged my son's eyes more with the wrong lenses.

Everyone was very nice and professional. The glasses that were available covered by my insurance (medicaid) was very minimal, and only female frames basically and it looked like the frames they had available covered by medicare, they had for a long time and weren't able to sell. But prices and timelines were well explained and service was friendly. To bad I still have no new glasses or had to pay out of pocket. I'll order my glasses online from 39dollarglasses.com. Update: today I received a call from the relationship department of MyEyeDr. Which I really appreciate. I'll visit an other location to see if they have a better selection, but the fact that they actually followed up they got an additional star. Hopefully they will have a pair of glasses that will work for me, so I can change the rating to 5 stars.
