Exam with Dr. Hoffman was quick and easy. The eyeware consultant, H'Neamy, was super patient and knowledgeable explaining each option for my new glasses. She was also very helpful finding the best deal for glasses with insurance vs promotional discounts.

This was my first time ever having contacts. And of course like a beginner I lost one of them. I walked right back into my eye doctor and they gave me a new pair. Totally free. The service was great and the wait time was very very short.

I visited this branch 2 weeks ago with my prescription in hand and both ladies in the store where really friendly. The lady that helped me with my order and glass fitting explained to me the whole process and time schedule to receive my free pair (from the insurance company) and also the fees to change the lenses on my other pair of glasses. Yesterday I picked up one of my glasses, the ones I changed the lenses on. Upon receivable I was informed that because they are a higher prescription that I'm used to I may experience a slight headache which will go as I get accustomed to them. Fortunately I didn't face any issues yesterday or today so all is great. I also received a new cloth and lenses spray which are always appreciated. My other pair has not been received yet but is expected next month as per invoice. To end this review I can only say that I was more than happy with the service and the end result. Can definitely recommend My Eye Dr!!

My experience was amazing compared to eye exams from other companies. H'Neamy wasgreat sales person. She was knowledgeable, provided great direction and she was professional.

I want to start off by saying that the front desk and the employee that assisted me with my check-out process were both lovely, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable- very good at their jobs. The tech who captured images of my retinas made uncomfortable and strange comments towards me and my fiance. Doctor Hauffman, the older man who did my exam, was very cold and rude to me the entire time. At one point instead of asking me to lean back in my chair during the exam- he shoved me back with his fingers. If you're tired of your job, and don't enjoy assisting patients, do me a favor: quit and pick a different field. Paying $200+ dollars for this treatment felt like a slap in the face.
