My experience at MyEyeDr was just wonderful. Ashton really helped me tremendously. She picked out frame choices for me and gave me her recommendations for what would work best considering my specific needs. I absolutely just love my new glasses and am so thankful for Ashton's expertise, professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend MyEyeDr.

I accidentally arrived an hour early for my appointment. As I was waiting for my appointment time I was able to observe how well the office was running. The manager and staff interactions were so smooth, like a well oiled machine. Everyone was so pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work and each other. This is what patients want to see. Cheers to the staff and management! But that's not what I liked most. The best part was the time I took from KaMayia. I had so many questions and she was so patient and kind while answering all of them. She taught me so much and explained everything she was doing in great detail. KaMayia was my favorite part of the appointment!

I had an amazing experience at my eye appointment! Sam, my eye tech, was super friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable, he made the whole process easy and comfortable. Ashton helped me pick out my glasses and was incredibly sweet and patient while I decided. And Dr. Couch was amazing, even remotely! The whole team made my visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here! I was called back immediately. The woman that did my eye testing was great, the optometrist was great, and the woman that checked me out/ helped me with my glasses was thorough, kind, and very helpful! I have been to other local eye places and my experience here was way better! Thank you!

Don't know what the low ratings reviews are about. My family of four has been going here for at least a dozen years (so we're talking maybe 50 appointments total between us) and have never once had a bad experience. In fact, the staff and the doctor have consistently gone above and beyond to be helpful in all the ways. Didn't know what I would think when we started there, but I love this place.

This place is a breath of fresh air from hands on sizing getting the perfect frames to efficient eye exams it's a great experience. Tegan has gone above and beyond helping out getting things worked out with my own mistake on sizing. I highly recommend this location if you're in the market for new glasses!

The representative Ashton was very helpful, along with measuring the correct distance for my progressive lens. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. If I had to get another pair of lenses I would like Ashton assistant.

This is the worst experience. Someone that thinks profits are more important than people at the My Eye Dr corporation decided to outsource the doctors to a website. I was checked in for my noon appointment at 11:45. I sat down with the "technician" at 1 o'clock. Yes, over an hour later. They took pictures of my eyes. The technician never looked at me. The technician just took pictures and stared at an iPad while the iPad told them what to do next. Afterwards, i was ushered to a second room where I waited for 38 minutes, staring at another iPad while a 30 second promotional video played on repeat. The 19 year old Who led me into this room stared at his phone for the entire time, but encouraged me that I could do whatever I wanted while I waited. Beyond this, he never said a word. When the "remote doctor" finally did show up on the iPad. She had no idea about my current prescription or how I was told to wear it. Ridiculous. I'll never darken the door of this ludicrous place again. Edit: I will say that I was not prompted to give them a tip, so that's definitely a point in their favor.
