Optometric Eye Site

Dr Coward as a doctor is very good at his job. If there's a concern he makes sure to go over everything and the concern is taken care of accurately. As a person, he can be a bit rude. My 11 yeast old is autistic, she knows to stay with me at all times. This particular visit, she wasn't right behind me, I panicked and said where's my daughter. It wasn't directed at him specifically but his response was, "I don't know, she's not my child". If you pay for any part of your copays, make sure to pay them immediately after. I was not even able to get a prescription I really needed, that was affecting my eye sight and causing pain, until I paid said copays.

I'm so happy Dr.Coward is in Durham now too!!! He's the best eye doctor I've ever been to! I've had problems with eyes for several years and he's the only one that was able to help me. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

This place is really a hidden treasure! Dr. Coward is the rare doctor that is intelligent and caring. I would not trust anyone else with my family's eye care. I would never expect to find this level of care in a doctor's office close to Wal-Mart. But, it is a privately owned. It is convenient and top notch!

The doctor was quick and efficient. My issue with this place is the fact that I've waited longer than 3 months and I still haven't received my glasses. I've been told it's because of holidays and covid but 3 months just seems ridiculous. IF I were to return here I would order my glasses elsewhere

Wow! Hard working and friendly crew upfront and a very professional and friendly Dr. In the back. I'm very pleased with my experience in the office and my prescription.

Really nice woman that did my exam. There was no wait and I found their costs to be lower than any other places I called. Highly recommended!

Very dissatisfied. Had an appointment for 3:15. At 3:25 a person with a 2:00 appointment was finally being called. Asked the receptionist 'How long is the wait?', she just shrugged.
