Raleigh Eye Center Durham

I've been going to Raleigh Eye Center every 6 months for several years now. I always have a good experience. Dr. Vin is excellent, as is the rest of the staff. Today I had an unusual and time sensitive question I needed an answer to before my appointment tomorrow morning. When I called the main line, Ashley went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed and put my mind at ease. If you're in need of an ophthalmologist, I highly recommend Raleigh Eye Center.

I have had the same plugs in my terar ducts for 25 years. Last spring; my left eye was really bothering me; tearing frequently. Two other othmologistst's did nada. Dr. Wrzosek suggested taking one out . He did and i am FINE !

All of the associates at this location are super professional, friendly and informative. Wait times are almost non- existent, as we are seen almost immediately. Dr. Wrzosek performed a cataracts surgery on my husband's right eye with flying colors, doing his other eye next week. The patient coordinator Donna Hernandez is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to help patients with scheduling and billing and always looking to help us anyway she can. We live in Clayton, but the 50 minute drive is well worth it for the great experience and service we receive. Highly recommend for serious eye surgeries.

Everyone at Raleigh Eye Center is courteous, professional, and caring. Dr. Worzosek is so caring and uplifting. He greets you with a smile and makes you feel like you are special. He is easy to talk to and he listens to you. I just love the care and treatment I receive when I visit Raleigh Eye Center on Fayetteville Road in Durham NC.

Dr. James A. Wrzosek is the best! I appreciate the great care taken with my vision!

I had a follow up eye appointment today after cataract surgery with Dr. Wrosek and by the way it was a wonderful experience. At today's appointment, I met Jamie who joined the practice only a few months ago. She was AMAZING! Jamie was efficient - yet personable. She put me at ease as we walked through the exam and educated me on the "whys" of each step in the exam. She is a true ambassador for the patient!!! Thanks Jamie! Anne Collie

I received Lasik eye surgery from Dr. Hunt and it could not have been a better experience with perfect vision as the result. All aspects of the procedure went well; each step was carefully explained and I felt cared for by each staff member helping me. I still can't believe how quick and easy the process was. It might seem odd to call an eye procedure an enjoyable experience, but thank to everyone at Raleigh Eye Center, it really was. If you're thinking about getting Lasik - do it! Highly, highly recommend.

Lots of praise for this wonderful practice. New to Durham on May 21) and needed to be seen a month later for sudden and new eye problems I was having. Got in quickly to see Dr. Tailor the optometrist, and a week and a half later followed up with Dr. Wrzosek the ophthalmologist who was out of town when I had the emergency. Since then I have had a follow up with Dr. Wrzosek and will be seeing Dr. Tailor next week for refractions for both contacts and glasses. I have already picked out my new frames while waiting to see the doctor, they have a great selection right there in office. The office is clean and Covid protocol safe which I appreciate. The entire front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Appointments run pretty much on time without long waits. Both Dr. Tailor and Dr. Wrzosek are extremely knowledgeable, great listeners, and thorough in their eye examination, and they both are wonderful communicators about my eye condition and also possible treatment plans. I also have high praise for their Ophthalmology Assistants, Amber, Jamie and Courtney (I need to check on the second name and will edit if I have it wrong---, I saw Jamie today). Their optician Jacqueline was also very helpful in my frame selection process.
