Woldorff Family Optometry Pa

Dr. Woldorff and her staff are fantastic! She is very friendly and caring as an optometrist, listening to my concerns and questions. She was very thorough and gentle with her examination of my eyes and I felt very comfortable and at ease. They have a decent selection of frames and many options. One of the best optometrists I have experienced in my life!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Woldorff today and found her to be friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. She listened and discussed my vision with me in a way that made me feel both respected and valued. Her optician was also personable and helpful. I highly recommend Woldorff Family Optometry.

This is probably one of the best experiences I've had with a medical professional. Normally there is a long wait to schedule an appointment, a waiting room, a poor experience with the staff, and then a rushed visit with the doctor But my experience was quite positive. I was seen right away, the doctor was kind and professional throughout the visit, and she took time to explain everything to me and answer a lot of questions I had. I realize this sounds completely obvious--but I felt like she was genuinely trying to understand and solve a problem as opposed to meeting a quota of patients and moving onto the next task. She should teach this behavior to other medical professionals and everyone would be better off.

Dr. Woldorff is extremely thorough and a great problem solved. She will try to get to the bottom of visual problems, taking all the time needed for diagnosis. She is very kind and considerate.

First time going to Dr. Woldroff gave excellent care. She did a full complete eye exam. It was very thorough and she answered all of my questions. She even ordered some sample contact lenses for me to try. I would defiantly go back for the care that Dr. Woldroff provides. Melanie and Renee both were very short with the way they spoke to me about my sample contacts. Melanie seem to disregard that no notification was sent out after they received the shipment for pickup. If these two women are the face of the business I would want someone to speak to me with respect as I am a paying customer.

Dr. Woldorff and Melanie have gone above and beyond to help me get the correct prescription and glasses. I am grateful for their kindness and patience as they worked with both me and the lab to ensure my prescription was accurate. I will also purchase my prescription sunglasses here, and I plan to keep Dr. Woldorff as my ophthalmologist as long as possible.

I'm new to the area and did not have an optometrist yet... despite the fact that I was not a current patient, they squeezed me in at the very last minute the day before a holiday weekend for an appointment for an inflamed eye. Very informative, concerned, listened to everything I said, and was very thorough with the exam. Will definitely be coming back here. I think I have found my optometrist in Durham! :)

I was there today with my daughter and we had a great experience. The Dr was so nice and she really took her time. After we were done with the Dr we saw another very nice lady who helped my daughter with contacts and glasses and she was great as well, she was so nice and patient.
