Fuquay Eye Care

Great first visit! This was my first time at Fuquay Eye Care and I had a really positive experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they made the whole process easy. Stephanie was especially great and helped me pick out my new glasses and prescription sunglasses. She also cleaned my current glasses, my old glasses, and my old prescription sunglasses, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. I hadn't been to an eye doctor in a couple of years, so I was pleasantly surprised. I came in on a neighbor's recommendation and I'm glad I did -- I'll definitely be back.

We are very grateful to Dr. Teresa Pham, OD, FAAO Dr. Pham has a very professional background, and she is also incredibly kind and friendly. She always has a warm smile, and her smile truly feels like a ray of light shining into our hearts. My daughter previously wore Ortho-K lenses. At first, we weren't sure whether her prescription had changed. After she began wearing the lenses, she experienced headaches and dizziness. We didn't realize right away that the lenses might be causing the issue, but after she stopped wearing them, we realized that all of her symptoms were gone. When I contacted the office, they were very responsible and genuinely wanted to help us solve the problem. They carefully evaluated her situation and created a new plan for my daughter. We truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and dedication to patient care. I am very thankful for their support and highly recommend Dr. Pham and her team to any parents looking for knowledgeable and caring eye care for the children!

I love, love, love Fuquay Eye Care!!! They are like family! "Why, do you ask?" Because they treat you like family. Years ago, my husband was hit in the eye by a bungee cord. As I rushed him to the hospital (on a Sunday afternoon), I called Dr. Patrick O'Dowd and left a message. He returned my call within minutes (he was at the Boston Airport) and spoke with the emergency room doctors and told them what needed to be done (cat scan of the eyeball, along with medications needed). He let us know exactly what we were dealing with, and reassured us of his treatment. He was spot on! He saw my husband the very next day, and provided excellent care. He also opened up his office (on the weekend) to treat my son when he had a piece of bark in his eye. When do you ever hear of a doctor doing that?? He is kind, compasionate, very knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. In fact, the entire staff share all the same great characteristics, as my entire family has been seen by all of their doctors. They are top notch, and have raised the bar so high, they deserve a gold medal! Hands down, no questions asked...they are the best! I will always highly recommend them. Look them up and read their bio's. Their character is revealed in their actions. By the way, they also offer in-house vision plans that are by far, unmatched. This is another testament to how much they really care about their patients.

This was my first visit, and I was beyond impressed with the customer service! From start to finish, I received the best care I've ever received at an eye appointment. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. I learned some new things from the doctor that no other eye doctor had ever told me (and these weren't new issues). Dr. Lee was so knowledgeable and impressive. I needed to pick out some glasses, which always stress me out. Stephanie was so patient and helpful. She gave great feedback and easily found the shape of frame that was best for my face. I told her the colors I was interested in and she went to work. I trusted her opinion so much that I let her pick my glasses for me. Honestly the best experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend them for any of your eye care needs.

I have been to other offices before but you guys are the best. So professional and also very friendly and kind. I feel like I got a more thorough examination. Thank you all for making my visit so pleasant.

This heart-of-Fuquay-Varina practice is clean, well-run and pleasant. I had an easy time making my appointment; the front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Lee and her tech (didn't catch her name) were kind and patient. All my questions were answered. Highly recommend for eye exams and I'll be back to get glasses because the selection was great.

I can't say enough good things about Fuquay Eye Care! Every time I've had to bring in my son's glasses--whether they needed repairs or we had to order a new pair after they were broken--the team has been incredibly helpful and kind. They're always patient, understanding, and quick to find a solution, which makes a stressful situation so much easier. It's clear they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide great service. We're so grateful to have such a dependable and friendly eye care office in our community. Highly recommend!

I've never been to an eye doctor, but I experienced the best customer service. All staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions with honesty. Kyle showed me all the different glasses I could try and explained the science behind it. I'm actually really amazed how this experience was. Thank you so much for that amazing service!
