Great experience from start to finish. Making the appointment online was quick and easy, and I really liked being able to fill out all the paperwork ahead of time so I didn't feel rushed in the office. When I arrived, check-in was fast and smooth, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I was called back within about five minutes, and Dr. Morris was great--she answered all my questions and made the vision exam quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this office and will be coming back next year.

I was hoping I would be sent a review request. My insurance was a little different, and the receptionist went above and beyond to find out what my benefits were and how I was to be charged. The doctor I saw was very good and very personable. I have been at another practice for many years due to the fact that I really liked my doctor, but she left the practice. I highly recommend this office.I really like the fact that it's local and it's not a chain. Everyone their really seems to care about their patients and this is something you don't see much anymore.

Since moving from Nevada in 2022 to Greenville, NC, 2020 Vision experience has been phenomenal. Great staff, great Doctors/owners, great optical staff and customer service. They're also very knowledgeable in "billing" which is a "BIG Plus" and for me "the heart of a business". They all take their time in providing great services. It's always "personal" with a smile and professional services at all times. I am a retired veteran and certainly apreciate thier service to the community.

This was the Best eye glass store I have ever been to. Friendly gentleman at the front desk. A fantastic young lady took me in for my initial test, and she was just so sweet and funny, and then met the dr. who was another down to earth delight that knew her profession. I am sure I am not the only one that feels this way, the parking lot was busy. 20/20 vision will be my place from now on.
