Super nice staff. I was in and out in a very short time. I have been a customer of the other national chain that claims glasses in an hour and they treat you like a scammer dialing a wrong number. These folks are true professionals and the guy with the beard Romoes deserves a salary increase!! Super cool! The other thing I noticed is they provide a cleaning cloth, nice carry bag, and a bottle of cleaning solution for your glasses, something the national chain does not. It's the attention to detail that really matters. Customer for life!!!

I just spoke with Kenya in regards to my insurance coverage pertaining to my contacts and eyeglass coverage. She was more than patient, very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location. Great people great service and Exceptional customer service skills

Great service from the Doctors, but the salespeople delivered glasses that they said were broken during shipment (the nose pads fell off), but they would have the part in to fix the glasses within a week. Waited two weeks, and HAD TO CALL THEM, just to learn that the nose pads weren't actually ordered, that they didn't know when the nose pads would come in, but they could take my name and number down, and text me when the nose pads are in. GREAT, except that was 7 MONTHS AGO. Now, I am stuck with glasses I can't wear because they fall off my head for the next year and 5 months until I can purchase glasses again. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING.

The staff were super friendly and kind! Dr. Leggett was super nice and easy to talk to! The location is very clean and organized as well.

Ramone was amazing!!!! He has such a kind and friendly persona. I called and he was so helpful and when I went in, he went out of his way to help me and my mom fix our account information with a smile on his face the entire time. I've been coming to My Eye Dr for years and he is by far the best employee I have encountered in my experience.

General Manager Lani is MY local, trusted, capable, intelligent, simply amazing partner for eye care and eye wear here in Greenville! She, as well as her amazing daughter, are phenomenal people! Thank you, Lani, for everything you have done, and continue to do, to make "a trip to the eye doctor" into a pleasant, as seamless as possible experience, in an increasingly chaotic and unpredictable world.

From the ease of booking an appointment to completing all paperwork online, my experience was positive. My first appointment was great, everyone was thorough and nice. They all made it feel like I had been there for years despite it being my first time there! I'm so glad I made the decision to switch to this location!

Ramone Diggins provided excellent customer service and helped me with my needs! He was very kind and relatable, which helped me feel better about my prescription issues. Also, if you're new to getting contacts, the woman who helped me was veryyyy patient and gave me good tips. :)
