Walmart Vision & Glasses

They are not large family friendly. As soon as I walked in it was immediate eye rolling and whispering from the staff, then they preceded to tell me in an aggravated tone that they may not be able to get to us (was only two of us walk ins) about 20 minutes in, the small waiting area was full and they began to get pushy and told me that we had to come back at another time. I know large families are not the norm anymore however being treated like you're just in the way because your family takes up space is unacceptable.

Appointment was set for 8:30am, got there at 8:25am all doors were locked and lights were still off. Doctor came in at 8:31am, receptionist wasn't there so the doctor was having to do receptionist work instead of getting appointments started, it was also two other people there with the same appointment time as myself, how is that possible with one doctor. The other two people were seen before (this is an important detail). I coughed, the doctor came out the rook with his patient and asked who coughed (he tried to whisper but I heard him) the receptionist whispered something back, doctor went into his office and receptionist sat there for about 10mins then she got came to me and said "You may need to step out and get a cough drop we have a no coughing policy" I said "I have a cough drop, I have on a mask as that sign states "If you have a cough a mask has to be worn" and it's also allergies" "How can you tell someone not to cough?" The receptionist stood there "I said it's allergy season pollen is falling everywhere, you can't stop anyone from coughing" I also mentioned to her "That a cough should be the last concern for her or her doctor when two people went into the first exam room prior to me and none of those machines where we had to place our faces were sanitized and that she should mention that to her doctor since he's concerned about a cough" Doctor comes out the room and calls my names he pronounces it two different ways, I give him the correct pronunciation he mispronounced it again purposely and I corrected him again. Before I could even sit in his chair good he gave me a medical diagnosis (which my doctors have never mentioned or have been concerned)before he even dialated my eyes and completed my exam. I think he did that based on my appearance. Will not be going back, I have my prescription and will be ordering my glasses from somewhere else. Hopefully I was given the right prescription.

Dr. David Coward was a wonderful eye doctor. Not just that, but his assistants, Rachel and Perla were very helpful and they made things so much easier for me by answering questions that I had and were extremely professional about it the entire time. I strongly recommend this doctor and his assistants. They were beyond wonderful and very sweet.

I want to let people know how great Dr. Coward is. He is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. injured my eye and have had so much trouble with my vision ever since.I am nervous at the doctor because of the injury. But, Dr.Coward is very nice and made me feel comfortable. He is smart and he understood the issues with my eye right away. With his help, my vision has really improved. I am so thankful that I found him. If you have been looking for an eye doctor---he is the absolute best! I will never go to anyone else again. Even better---He's right here in Henderson!

This is a great place if you want to purchase glasses. The opticians are sweet knowledgeable and always eager to help. Linsey the manager there always goes the extra mile with a smile for customer satisfaction. You can bring your prescription from any doctor to get glasses or contacts here. I do not recommend the doctor because my mother couldn't see from the prescription that he gave her so we had to go to a different doctor. He is very strange but please don't hesitate to purchase glasses here.

Scheduled an eye examination for my daughter who needs glasses, was quoted two months out but scheduled it. Never received a text stating appointment time. I remembered the date but called to verify time but apparently they don't do eye exams on Mondays. Very frustrating as I am a single mom of 3 and we waited two months with my daughter needs glasses. Doctor is out of the office and no one can verify our appointment time and won't be back in until next week

The staff was very rude. I asked a question and 1 of the 3 Spanish girls behind the desk rolled her eyes and started speaking Spanish to the other 2. I then told her that its rude to speak a second language when having a conversation with a customer. When I tried to explain to the Doctor, he cut me off and rushed me out of the office. It became clear to me that he has a personal relationship with the unprofessional receptionist

This place had everything I needed and more. Pretty good size Walmart. It did look smaller from outside. The parking was okay but a bit choppy. You can find parking along the edges and I noticed a plaza that's attached that has a bank, bath and body works, shoe show and burned outlet store to name a few. It was pretty quiet at night and if you drive to the main Rd and take a right, about a mile or so is Planet Fitness with okay parking to take a long hot shower if you have black card membership for any state. There is a beauty store and a restaurant or two. I did see Denny's between these 2 locations. Oh, a few places to get gas as well. But not sure for big RVs.
