Excellent care & service. Dr. Verm & the entire staff take the time to throughly explain each step & procedure. Dr. Verm takes as much time as needed to answer questions. I know many people, including my husband that have had cataract surgery with excellent results. I would highly recommend.

I did not feel cared for or supported during my visit and was very disappointed with the level of care provided. The staff were not warm or friendly and at times felt sharp and dismissive. The doctor mumbled throughout the appointment and was difficult to understand. He did not clearly explain what he was doing or the condition of my eyes, and I had to repeatedly ask basic questions to receive information that should have been given proactively. The most serious issue was that my eyes were dilated without any prior warning or preparation. I specifically asked whether I would need a driver and was told I would be fine and could wear my contacts. This guidance was incorrect. After dilation, I was placed in a dark room with other patients and loud music, which increased my anxiety. When I returned to my car, the bright outdoor light and snow glare were overwhelming. I could barely see and was unable to drive safely. I managed to drive about one minute before having to stop and sit in a nearby Starbucks for nearly three hours until my vision improved enough to drive home. Had I been informed in advance, my husband would have driven me. This experience felt unsafe, poorly communicated, and avoidable.

I just witnessed a receptionist refusing to assist an elder patient asking for the receptionist to fill out the electronic pad for her registration. The patient had noticeable dexterity issues and told the receptionist this. The only reason I didn't give one star is that the receptionist was nice while urging her to do it herself. I observed the patient struggle to use the electronic pad. I don't believe Dr. Verm would agree with this type of treatment. This is why I posted this.

The doctors are very nice and knowledgeable. All staff were pleasant. Wait times are pretty long, like 30-40 min past your appt time. I was pretty frustrated because I was not informed that i would be getting my eyes dilated for my exam so I had no driver. They didn't ask me beforehand or afterwards if I had a driver. They didn't tell me it wouldn't be safe for me to drive or what to expect once my eyes were dilated. So, not the best experience there. I had to drive myself afterward and could not see or focus. My biggest concern was that it seems I maybe had some kind of allergic reaction to the drops they use for dilation. My eyes were fine (other than the fact I couldn't see close up - which I googled is normal) but my face got very flushed, slight hives appeared on my chin, and I was itchy. I had an overall sense of feeling very off, I couldn't think straight and felt very anxious. This resolved within about 3-4 hours but I felt pretty drained afterwards and heavy brain fog. Odd experience.

I was escorting my neighbor, who is unable to read or write . Paige, the technician was very accommodating for him and explained the situation well. They received input from my observations . The doctor was also that way the visit was incredibly good.

The office manager and billing specialist were extremely rude and unprofessional. They tried to charge for services not performed and wouldn't release my son's prescription. They input the prior year's contact prescription from another location instead of doing a new exam/fitting. I shouldn't be charged for information I'm providing to you. I will be reporting for fraud. Other than that, the rest of the staff were great.

The medical staff here is great, but the manager, Amy, was very rude and inconsiderate. She should have the patients' best interest in mind, but this morning she didn't -- and if she was having a bad day, she should've left it at the door. No one should have to deal with a rude attitude first thing in the morning.

I highly recommend Looking Glass! The entire staff was so nice.The doctor was very knowledgeable. The receptionist was very accommodating under the circumstances. I will refer everyone I know to this office.
