An excellent experience! Hickory, North Carolina is fortunate to have such expertise in the health of our eyes. After a routine eye exam with my wonderful optometrist Dr Matthew Davis, I was referred to Dr Kelty for a retinal tear. I was nervous and felt anxious about treatment and if I would have any vision deficit. The office staff from the moment of check-in til I checked out was polite, professional and efficient. Dr Kelty explained everything to where I could understand, answered my questions and took his time. I never felt rushed. I am relieved of my anxiety and nervous feeling. I am very thankful to be a patient of Dr Kelty and I commend them for their excellent staff and the clean environment of their building, waiting rooms and exam rooms.

Doctor was fantastic but his assistant was the worst. Absolutely ruined what was already a traumatic experience. This was an absolute shot show. She refused to be helpful, was condescending and basically rude. Seems like she cared more about getting us out than helping. This place has served 4 generations of my family but never again. Fantastic doctor but good lord, his staff was a horror.

Graystone Eye made my experience very pleasant yet professional. The check-in was convenient. Dr. Tanzie was thoughtful and thorough in his consultation. His assistant, I think her name was Mindy, was excellent in her exam and was personable and reassuring. Giovanni was great in scheduling the surgery. Measuring to get the proper lens went smoothly. Everyone involved in my care was helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I went for my annual eye exam. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was seen fairly promptly. The lady who did the testing was very good at her job. I saw Dr Adair and he was very nice and explained the results and took the time to answer all my questions. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing an eye appointment and I'll be going back for all my future eye care needs.

I would just do a 2 1/2 if I could. The service and the care was total 5 Star. They reallly was super nice and the whole proces worked like clockwork. Thie billing is atrocious!! They told me this was what I would pay due to self pay. Five months later I get two bills, one from the surgwery center and one from upstairs. I call and they say it takes awhile for self-pay. Do what? Plus I keep records of what I paid and I call again and they say that was from a different encoutr and it will not show up on my statements wit what I have paid or being charged. A 1 star for that. It should never take 5 months to say I have a balance, and not a small balance either.

This was the first time I've seen Dr. Lira and her staff members. She was great as were her staff. I had previously seen Dr. Hargrove who was exceptional, so it was nice to see that in another provider as well. (Ironically, I didn't even recognize Dr. Hargrove until after the fact. He went to the same High School as I did. He was in my sister's class, two years behind me. It truly is a small world. I'm glad to see the accomplishments he has achieved!)

Greystone Eye of Hickory, NC handled my entire experience very professionally. I went for an eye exam resulting in needing cataract surgery for both eyes. Dr. Paschall was very patient in explaining the procedures, helping me understand the process. Everyone in his office and the surgical staff were professional as well as friendly. The offices and surgery center where very clean and well organized. They took excellent care of my needs every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Pascal along with his staff to anyone searching for eye care.
