From 1st walking in the door to leaving after my exam and purchasing new glasses I felt like part of the team, they were all very friendly,helpful and I couldn't have felt more at ease than I did there. I recently moved to the area and was referred to clarity through my daughter, I felt as though I have been a patient there for ever!! Kudos to everyone that works there!!

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. Very attentive staff. Dr. Patel is so personable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommended her. Thank you all for the easy and quick appointment.

I was first seen on 12/17/25 and it is now 01/14/26 almost a full month later, and I still have not received my glasses. To make matters worse, my initial visit resulted in an incorrect prescription. When the first pair arrived, I literally could not see out of them, which obviously required a reorder and set everything back even further. I understand delays can happen, especially around the holidays, but the communication and overall system they use is extremely poor. On 01/13, I received a notification stating that my glasses were ready for pickup. I drove over 35 minutes to the location, only to be told that the message was sent by mistake and the glasses were not there. I'm a software engineer, I understand that system issues happen. That said, if an incorrect notification is sent out, the bare minimum would be to follow up and notify customers not to come in. Wasting people's time like that is unacceptable. Between the misdiagnosis, long delays, lack of communication, and system errors, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location.

Dr, Greg does amazing work and is incredibly thorough. He helped me navigate a significant challenge and was the first doctor to discover the real challenge which led to healing! Forever grateful!

I've been a patient for many years. Easy to make appointments, wide selection of frames, excellent medical staff. Readily takes care of any issues and has patient's best interests at the forefront. Brantley rocks!

This was my first visit to Clarity Vision in Holly Springs. I went there on my son and daughter's recommendation. It was a great experience from start to finish. The reception staff was very friendly and personable. The preliminary exam with Olivia was great, and my exam with Dr. Patel was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I made a wise choice in choosing this practice.

I have been coming to Dr. Stockbridge for years. He is the absolute best eye doctor I have ever had. He is extremely professional and really cares about his patients.In addition the entire staff are so courteous.

Dr. Greg is simply the best. Thorough, professional and his team is top notch and efficient. I send all my patients to him.
