We recently moved to the area from Pennsylvania! We are extremely pleased with the service and glasses option. The ophthalmologist was so gentle and kind to my daughter. I would highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr DeAllen for many years and have always appreciated the "personal touch" that I receive with this practice. The staff has always been SUPER helpful and Sarah is Fantastic to work with regarding glasses! I trust this business and highly recommend it!!!

Phenomenal experience all around. Dr. De-Allen is one of the dwindling breed of medical professionals who seems to be passionate about what they do. At 7:30 am on a Thursday - a whole hour before they would start to open, I called as a new patient to find out when they opened (thinking I would get an automated message). Much to my surprise, my phone call was answered by the doctor herself. I told her of my eye pain and she made me an appointment to be seen in about 1 hour! Talk about service, they were not even open. She introduced me to all her staff. She spent over an hour with me examining my eyes and explaining in depth what had happened. She then gave me free samples for drops so I didn't have to buy AND she spent time hunting down a coupon so that the prescription drops I needed would be cheaper. You won't regret seeing her.

She is great. I've been seeing her since 2013, and she has always been so helpful. The majority of the time I've had insurance; however, I haven't had any for the past 2 years. She has worked with me on finding prescriptions that were affordable. 2 years ago, I got an awful eye infection from old makeup and she squeezed me in and went out of her way to make sure I was ok. Currently, I have multiple inflamed glands and she worked me in and made sure everything I needed was affordable. Most places, in my experience, won't do that. She seemed more concerned with my eye than making money. You don't find that many places these days. I highly recommend!

Wonderful service. The people here are awesome and getting my prescription situated here really felt custom. My concerns were addressed and new glasses are working great.

Always excellent service. Dr. D is the real deal, a great communicator and definitely not what you would find with the typical "big box" eye care centers. I'd recommend this practice to anyone in the area,

Dr De-Allen is a wonderful, caring, and meticulous optometrist. I have been going to Family Eye Care for about ten years and have always been more than happy with her services. Way better than the corporate chain stores.
