Denise was fantastic! Very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I felt comfortable through the whole process and knew exactly what to expect. She didn't talk too fast, even though she has done this hundreds of times, and she guided me through the process flawlessly. She even kept me informed and let me know what she was looking up on the screen. Small details like this matter. Erin helped fit me with some glasses. She was patient, did not rush, and did not sell too hard :). I wasn't planning on buying frames that day, but she walked me through the process and closed the deal. On a different note, I thought the business model was innovative and great! My wife wouldn't like the virtual technician and doctor visit, but I didn't mind. I thought it was brilliant--a great blend of in person and virtual. Now, as long as the glasses turn out well, I'll be happy. If you don't hear back from me, assume they went well :)

I'd like to give this location zero stars. Every time I've gone in the receptionist are rude. They don't greet you. Let me rephrase... They don't great Melanated people it seems. I have gone in and greeted them and they have ignored me. Today when I repeated myself and said good morning, one still ignored me the other still didn't say good morning. She replied we will be with you in a moment. I replied saying well you could say good morning back and she said she was busy. Shortly after a Caucasian woman walked in and both of them were all smiles, welcoming her in. The people working in the glasses department are great, but the receptionists are horrible and I will never spend another dime here.

Today I had an eye exam and was very pleased with my visit--until it was time to check out. I told the receptionist that I wanted to pay for my exam and that I didn't want to get glasses today. The optical section was very busy with patients, so after waiting about 15 minutes, I went back to the receptionist, only to be told again that she couldn't check me out. After a total of 35 minutes of waiting, I finally got the attention of an optician and explained that I just wanted to pay for my exam. Ironically, the same receptionist who said she couldn't take my payment ended up processing it.

I was skeptical about getting glasses from my eye doctor because I thought they would be too pricey. I recently purchased my second pair which were by Versace and I am thoroughly pleased. I got them at a great price and they returned before the expected date. The manager and staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend my eye doctor for your eye care.

The office in Kinston NC helped me out if a bind. They were able to make a repair of a broken hinge on my glasses. Thank you for the friendly service Mike Blandino

Had a prescription from another place. They couldn't do pupillary distance. I called here and they said they could do it. I can right over and they measured it right away. They did not charge me. Looks like I may have to give them the business going forward. Especially for the lenses. Thanks!!!

I have visited this office periodically over the years if my usual location in Greenville is booked solid. I went this year in January for an exam for glasses and contacts. I thought my total was high due to the additional cost for the contact lens exam. I chose frames that were within my insurance limit. It was not until I received my full receipt after I paid that I saw all of these extra charges for things the sales associate added to my glasses without asking. The sales associate was very pushy and honestly, I was just ready to get out of there. I spent well over $300 that day. Fast forward to the end of March and I receive ANOTHER bill from these people. Unbelievable. I would not recommend to my family and friends and I will not return to this location.

Dr was very friendly and remembered me from last visit so 2 stars was for Dr and staff who interacted with me. However, after 3weeks from visit and ordering contact lenses there was no phone call or follow up on pick up my order. My business will be headed to elsewhere. Thank you for your service.
