My Eyecarecenter appointment was great! From the start at the receptionist desk, going thru tests with Natalie, meeting Dr Terryberry and ending with Zach measuring my eyes for new glasses went smoothly. Everyone was detailed for my vision needs and very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend going to this Eyecare center!!

I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! This was the absolute BEST eye dr. I've ever gone to...from the receptionist (who was super nice and funny when I called to let them know i was running late), to Logan (she was amazing, so nice and didn't get frustrated and she explained all the tests to me), to Dr. Terryberry (she was so nice and helpful, she went over everything with me and made sure I had no questions), to the lady who I checked out with (very nice, she gave me contact cases cause mine were leaking, set up everything for me and made sure I had what I needed before I left)...I used to hate going to the eye dr because it took forever and it was uncomfortable and I dont like the stuff they used, but I was in and out in like 35 mins, which was amazing in itself....no puff of air, no dilating, no childhood trama relived...I will definitely recommend them to everyone I talk to...i bragged about how amazing they all were to my family and already set my hubby an apt up and my parents are next to set up appointments!!! Oh and I don't have eye insurance and they were up front about the cost and it was alot cheaper than I expected it to be!!! Thanks y'all!! Thank you for being so nice and fast!!! I'm actually looking forward to my eye exam next time

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was able to get an appointment the next day to have my prescription updated with an eye exam, and to be fitted for contacts. Everyone I interacted with was great, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable, and she thoroughly explained everything regarding my eye exam. She also gave me a week's worth of contacts for free to use until my contact order arrives in the mail. I will definitely be using this location going forward, and I highly recommend them to anyone else with eye care needs.

Fantastic Experience all around!! My appointment was easy to book, and I was seen just a few days later. Everyone at the Southern Shores location whom I interacted with were very polite and professional. The delightful receptionist answered all of my questions and filed my insurance claim promptly. Incredibly, my wait time was less than 5 minutes. The assistant was cheerful and knowledgeable and ran my tests on state-of-the-art equipment. Dr. Terryberry conducted a thorough examination and explained the results of my scans in detail. She is a true professional who stands far above all of the other eye doctors that I have seen in my 62 years. I rate the entire staff six stars out of five. Sal V.

Staff is amazing across the board! Natalie Terryberry is literally the best and her assistant, Logan, goes above and beyond at every appointment to make sure I am comfortable--even to the point of bringing me her jacket when I remarked offhandedly that I was freezing. Reception staff are so friendly despite the packed waiting room. The only concern I have is how booked they seem to be. Wait time was 20-30 minutes and I think that was because there were so many appointments scheduled. Probably because so many of us rave about them.

My 1st visit and I was very happy with the front desk staff check in. All smiling faces. No long wait time. The tech that saw me 1st was friendly and explained everything. Dr Terryberry was also all smiles and made sure I understood all the things she was testing and why. Last but not least the person that went over the options of glasses purchase was very friendly and listened to my concerns over price and type of glasses I wanted. Also, a copy of the glasses prescription was given if I chose to purchase on my own.

Super nice optometrist! Dr Jones was very thorough. The staff members were very nice. The optician was very helpful and engaging.

Professional staff as soon as you walk in the door! Then the technician come and get you to take pics and eye test - Logan was great! Dr Natalie Terryberry was very thorough and easy to talk to. I definitely would refer them!!
