Morganton Eye Physicians PA - Marion Eye Clinic

I know I can be difficult at times when Im worried about new tests, or treatments I've never had to do like get my eyes dilated, & numbed. But the staff I had today were patient with me, & she was gentle when performing tests. The Dr was WONDERFUL, he explained what's going on & helped me understand better. Clean, professional, & recommended practice.

Friendly but had my exam, went back 5 times or more to get my glasses fixed for wrong prescription in one of the lenses and all i was told was to keep wearing the glasses an use eye drops so i can safely say im not going back and will find a different place to go and im still wearing my old prescription because they will not own up to their mistake. Decided to get contacts to isolate which side and its the right side but they still wont honor fixing the prescription.

Dr. Hall is awesome!!! Been using this Practice for years!!!!!Billing practices stink at this practice. Office Manager was really rude when questioned about it. I carry eye insurance and went in for yearly regular eye exam so I could get new glasses(Prescription has not changed significantly in years) Was billed for a Medical exam on my Medical insurance . I was told they could only do Medical since I have Diabetes. Did exact same exam on my wife a week before and my cost was $42 Medical vs. her cost$10 eye insurance. Called and was told by office Manager/Billing Lady that "EVERYONE" that has medical conditions such as Diabetes etc...is billed on Medical insurance with no exceptions and not eye insurance even though you have your Diabetes/Blood pressure or whatever under control. It is a money grab. I complained and the lady got rude!!!! Why keep eye insurance if you cant use it. I pay for it and it should be my choice...DO NOT FILL OUT MEDICAL QUESTIONAIRE (at least honestly) as a new patient or give them Medical insurance card if you have eye insurance they will use it against you...just write in (rather not answer) instead. Looking to change Practices now. I will miss Dr. Hall. He was such a good Optometrist. Hope this helps someone else that is living on a budget!!!!

The Marion office is awesome had a great experience there , they were all kind and caring . These ladies are all A #1 in my books . Especially the side where you get your glass. Them ladies are wonderful. I had the best experience with them . !!!

My wife made an appointment a year ago. Went to appointment and waited in waiting room for over an hour. Finally got called back and then I was told there were 3 more patients ahead of me. Excuse: we only have one doctor that does contact exams. Left without being examined.

Dr Olsen and his Tech Sydney are the best! I have been to many retinal specialist in Florida, Michigan and North Carolina. They are my favorite by far! Thanks for your compassion, understanding and kindness. You guys rock!

Becky was super helpful. Dr. Walton is awesome. Yes they are booked way out but they lost 4 doctors in a very short period. 2 passed suddenly and 2 retired. It's not like eye doctors grow on trees.

My husband Bruce went to Morganton Eye Physicians on 3/6/20 and met Dr. Hall for the first time. His experience with him was a breath of fresh air. He was personable, thorough and gave the best eye exam Bruce says he has had in 20 years. He was involved in the entire examination and informed him of everything along the way. Bruce came out feeling like he cared and got his money's worth from an eye doctor that was involved in the whole visit and exam and truly wanted to do his job well. Kudos to you Dr. Hall - always stay true to your profession and caring personality.
