From entering the building I felt comfortable, that I was in a professional environment. The woman at the desk checked all my information to check in. I did not have to wait long when the nurse called me in, she was very personable and verified my information. Dr Udoff came in and from the start he listened, we talked about options for treatment and came up with a start to finding the issue. He was very professional, and explained his findings and what we could do next. He made me feel heard, and that he would take the steps to hopefully solve the problem. I feel like I am in good hands.

I am grateful for Dr. Sicard who is just so nice and helpful. I am someone who had severe anxiety and OCD for a little over six years now. In June of 2025 (which happens to be when I was going to have my septoplasty surgery done), I was very stressed about everything. Just life in general. And a bit about the surgery coming up because it is the first time ever I'm having a surgery done. My family and I were looking at options of where to get this surgery done. Eventually we found Dr. Sicard, who really made me feel seen as a patient and definitely NOT rushed. He helped me through my nose issues and the post-op care process. Not only so, his kindness also made me feel better and not as anxious when I am done with my appointments with him. I still remember when I was very scared during my first and (especially) second post-op appointments, he is very supportive and gentle. I would really like to thank him for everything he did for me and the other patients. Even though it's a nose appointment, it eased my anxiety levels and other stress a lot too. I am grateful for Charlotte to have such a good doctor in it.

I had a really great visit with Dr. Michael. He took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed. He was incredibly personable, absolutely hilarious, and made the entire appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. It's rare to find a doctor who is both attentive and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. I left feeling heard, cared for, and confident in my care. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Michael to anyone looking for an outstanding physician.

Clean and well run. Office personnel were happy and seemed to enjoy their job. Doctor Moss entered the room, introduced himself and was genuinely concerned with what I had to say. He offered more than one treatment option. Overall, my experience was outstanding.

I came here specifically to write a review for Dr. Moss. This is the first time I have seen him and he was great! I have been to this practice multiple times for this same ear & finally someone is doing something to help me! I felt Dr. Moss listened to me, understood where I was coming from with years of issues. He was friendly, as was his assistant! I highly recommend Dr. Moss.

Really enjoyed coming here for Dr Silver and his clinical staff. He's retiring. Front desk is not inviting. No enthusiasm, nor easy greeting, ready to tell you your balance after you give your date of birth for verification before even discussing and or questioning your visit or check in. You give your name and they immediately begin to discuss funds whether you have a balance or not. Its straight to "you owe, or you will owe". No comfort zone of "let me get with my Dr first and can take care of this on my way out." Might as well have a robot at the counter and not a bunch of bad attitudes. I am not a tally of the rest. We all pay hard earned money and deserve the respect of those we are giving it to especially health clinicians. I am one. And we value our patients. That is earned.

I've had hearing loss my whole life. This visit was due to having drainage from my left ear. A problem I haven't had in over 30 Years. The doctor could see the issue and I'm on medication to correct it. He was honest and kind and patient. I appreciated everyone at the office.

While doctors are good their billing and claims department make your life a mess. My wife had an appointment and she were asked to pay upfront a huge amount. When she told they can submit claim and send the bill to home so that no excess amount is paid, receptionist threatened her saying if not paying they she will need to reschedule. Then she paid and proceeded as took off for this apt. These guys they didn't submitted the records for claims for almost a month and hence my deductible not accurate. For another payment they made me pay again upfront and keep the claim with them forever. Their strategy is if deductible still their they make you pay and once they get money from you they show no interest in submitting claims. Why can't they submit claims , then whatever pending after claim process , send correct amount bill to home ? This is how almost all providers I work with do.
