Because of impending bad weather between my house and Charlotte, I arrived 45 minutes early. I had mostly prechecked in, so I was immediately taken care of. A technician almost immediately brought me back into the testing area and quickly and super-pleasantly walked me through two eye tests. Then, sent back to the waiting room and waited about 5 minutes before seeing Dr. Stuart. Great exam, pleasantries, and answered all of my concerns. Told me of his retirement plans during the next few months. He made suggestions about different office locations that might be closer for me, and a couple of possible neuro-opthamologists. Then, waited for Donna who ordered my new lenses, and I was set to leave. Positive visit! Great employees!

Once you get used to the excessive amount of time you wait to see the doctor I think you'll agree the wait was worth the time. Dr. Stewart was thorough, not rushing & took the time to answer my questions. I think I am pretty knowledgeable about the strength & ability of a doctor. This man is the real deal.

At the front entrance, all of the receptionists are welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are excellent at getting you checked in. The assistants are also knowledgeable, friendly and help you with the journey of getting the different eye exams.deas.
