LUX Eye Care

I had a great experience with Dr. Z. She is thorough, has excellent bedside manner, and never made me feel rushed. I also appreciate that the practice uses modern testing equipment and isn't a large, revolving-door operation -- something that really matters to me. I also value that when you call the office, the phone is actually answered and doesn't drop to voicemail. A special shout-out to Tiffany -- she has been great and very pleasant to work with. The only area for improvement would be the younger staff, particularly the technicians and an administrative team member, as their bedside manner could be better. Overall, though, my visit with Dr. Z was very positive.

I have been going to Lux Eye Care for several years now and each and every experience is top notch. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The appointments are smooth and efficient. The level of customer care is incredible. I am so pleased with the service and customer experience! My contacts are a great fit for my personal needs as well! They always recommend the best solutions!

Had my first visit here last week and it was a great experience! I had to wait a little bit, but they were extremely professional and kind about it. I loved all of the technology used and found that this practice seemed to be more advanced than a lot of the other places I've been to over the years for contact/glasses exams. Will definitely be back for my yearly exams and would strongly recommend to anyone!

Everything went really well for my first visit. It's a little difficult to find but once you realize what building they are in you just go in the front doors of the building then all the way back on the first floor on your right. Everyone was extremely polite and since I'm disabled helped as much as they could. Only thing I could ask is to have higher seated chairs for your wait time. Since I'm disabled there is no where to sit. But it is understandable they have a very small area up front so I want try and make a fuss about it. I was treated with care by everyone I interacted with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience on that part. I also observed multiple kids from small to teenager they where working with and they seemed to handle all of their needs as well So I would say they handle age groups from 6 to 60 very well and know what to expect from each age group. If you are looking for a new eye dr. Give them a try you want be disappointed.

We had a wonderful experiences at Lux Eye Care. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The doctor took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. I truly felt cared for and highly recommend Lux Eye Care to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

My vision (with progressive contacts) has been restored! Dr Z was very patient, working with me to get the best vision possible....near, distance, and intermediate. So glad I found her. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable,as well.

Fabulous customer service. Especially Lex( yes her name is Lex and she works for Lux). Examinations were prompt and very informative. If you haven't tried Lux Eye Care, you should.Great sense of humor also. Dr. Z is thorough and knowledgeable and helpful. Gold starts all around.

I had another wonderful experience with Dr. Zawilinski and her talented staff at Lux eye care & optical. Throughout my eye examination they have always gone the extra mile to explain exactly what is changing with my vision as I age. I really appreciate their knowledge and expertise in the field of optometry.
