Target Optical

From the optometrist I saw, to the opticians in the front, it was a great experience through and through. The entire staff in the front and back of the office were genuinely friendly and professional. I am also impressed with the optician, Milton, that worked with me and my husband to make sure my glasses were fitted properly and what lens would be best for me and what I was looking for. From frame selection (and I am picky, so it took a bit lol), to the proper lenses I needed it was a stress-free time. He was also helpful in working to make sure I could get the best glasses possible and be able to stay within the budget I had to work with. When my glasses came in, after wearing for part of the day, I saw I needed to make a change from a choice I had made when ordering them. I forget the name of the woman I spoke with at the front desk when I called about my problem. She took charge and the needed time to see what my options were to fix it. She was great and she also got Milton and everything was taken care of. Again, a pleasant and easy experience. I am also impressed with Target Optical's policy to enable me to make the change as soon as I noticed I wasn't seeing things as I had expected Even though I had ordered them to what I thought would be best, I found it was not a good choice after all. They took care of everything, ordered the new lenses, and it was a seamless process. Target's policy on purchases allowed me to do this without any hassle to me which was a relief. Everything there from start to finish there is efficient and professional and I recommend them to everyone I know. I already have a friend and her daughter planning to go there soon for their eyes! I give them 2 thumbs up, but then again, that's just my 2 cents, :)

I made a 1:45pm appointment on 12/10. It is currently 2:15 and I have not been seen. While I was waiting to be seen some other people came in with a 2:15pm appointment and the gal told them it would be about 3:00pm before they could be seen but they were welcome to walk around. What kind of crappy business is this when you make an appointment and are not seen until hours later. They have the odacity to text you to confirm your appointment but don't have the decency to give you a call or text saying they are running late. I cannot recommend anyone to go here. I know i will not ever come back to this place to have me eyes checked. Don't waste your time in coming here.

The two ladies who helped me pick out a couple pairs of frames were very attentive and friendly. They took the time to get me a good deal and work within my price range, as well as give me details about the different lense options. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience here. :)

I had the most awesome experience at target optical! My wife and daughter get their glasses from here so I decided to join them. The optical team were great! My wife selected a couple of frames and I asked their opinion and they readily assisted. I received the best deal and my frames came back within a week! Right in time before the Thanksgiving holiday! I am very pleased!

We had an excellent experience today with Jennifer and Susan! Jennifer - thank you so much for your above and beyond service and knowledge. You helped me find and purchase two pairs of glasses while maximizing my insurance and getting a hearing aid with the Nuance Audio pair. You also kept my husband entertained while we were working on everything, which is also much appreciated. The demo of the Nuance pair was very helpful and you even took the time to look up and explain my husband's benefits. Cannot thank you enough!

Jennifer was absolutely amazing. We'd had a negative elsewhere and were pleased to discover not only was she MUCH more helpful and knowledgeable, but also super kind and understanding. My son was in the car with a hurt foot and she brought a mirror, several frames to try, and the measurement tool. It was a breath of fresh air to work with someone so accommodating. Not to mention, it was two days after Christmas and they were busy. We were in and out within 10 minutes! So happy.

Jennifer is the best! I came in to get new glasses after not getting any for a few years. She not only helped me pick out the best frames and lenses but was also able to use deals through my insurance to save me lots of money! I ended up getting two pairs of glasses for the same price that I used to pay for one pair at my old optometrist. Highly recommend!

I had the most pleasant encounter with the staff. My son wanted to look at the meta glasses and I ended up buying 2 pair for myself! The staff are so kind and knowledgeable, never pushy. You could tell it was a "best interest of the client" office. I got one pair of sunglasses and ordered one pair readers.
