This was an emergent visit as I have an eye infection and she fit me into her schedule. I was very appreciative to see her as she knows my history from treating me in the past. I was checked in promptly upon arrival and she understood my eye concerns and thoroughly completed eye tests for Dr. Rao to have prior to entering the exam room. I was treated and given detailed instructions for my treatment. Thank you Dr Rao and see you soon after your maternity leave.

Dr. Rao gave me lots of information and options for my cataract issues and I feel I have a good understanding of what's ahead. She's great. Now, I have a big complaint about my appointment. My appointment was at 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 as you wanted. I left at almost 2:30. That is a horrible amount of time for what was described as a 1 - 2 hour consultation appointment. By the end of it all I felt like I was taking up valuable time for Dr. Rao to help other patients. Had I been better prepared for such a long visit I would not have left irritated.

Visit with MD went well. Stated scar tissue behind lens implant is causing the vision concerns I had. Scheduled evaluation with dr Stewart MID FEBRUARY! 2 months before I can even schedule an evaluation, how long to schedule the procedure ? Not happy with scheduling times.
