This was my first visit, and it was a great experience all around! The entire staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. And I loved Dr. Williams! He was very knowledgeable and professional, listened to my concerns and offered various solutions, and took plenty of time to discuss the options with me, as well as let me experiment with different lenses. I loved his personality and demeanor, as well!

Very thorough exam followed by an explanation of the health of my eyes. Dr. Williams reviewed and compared options for treatment and answered all my questions. The new selection of petite frames was an unexpected surprise and Kiera was very knowledgeable and helpful in my selection process.

I have been going to Dr Harris for 15 years and have always received Top Notch service! Lake Norman Eye Care has amazing doctors and staff and I highly recommend for someone that's wanting next level Eye Care.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but lately I feel like I've had a lot of poor customer service with everyone wanting to give you less and expecting you to pay more. I have to say LNEC was a surprise breath of fresh air. I was having an issue with my eye and called another office and they couldn't get me in until next week but Dr. Harris got me in the same day. I didn't have to wait. She knew what it was right away but still listened. She got me what I needed and my eye was actually a lot better that evening. She even gave me some samples. I will definitely go back when my routine eye exam comes around.

I am a physician myself and this was my 2nd time. Always enjoyed my time there with staff and My eye Doctor. Staff do not know what I do for a living so the treatment has to be standard. Certainly a 5 out of 5 experience!
