Iam a very happy Client. Dr. Rudy is so great at his job. He examines my eyes thoroughly and Tina his assistant is always friendly and documents my info efficiently. Prior to seeing Dr. Rudy I check in with Victoria a friendly receptionist. Then minimal waiting time Chris eye tech made me feel comfortable taking pictures of my eyes. She was also friendly. Then I saw Kristen friendly office manager who was very helpful in picking out my glasses. The ones I picked the frames were 30 dollars. That's without lenses. They are beautiful. Then Stephanie who is so knowledgeable and friendly helped me pick out my lenses. I always look forward to seeing them all next year!

I do not recommend Carteret Vision Center, especially for kids. We have Medicaid and have limited options for vision care, so we ended up here. We made her appointment well in advance, so there was plenty of time to say they do not accommodate children (she is 5). Techs were all fantastic with her, but Dr. Christensen made us both feel so unwelcome. Never smiled, no patience with her shyness, and even sighed when she would get a letter wrong and made her so scared to get something wrong I don't trust her prescription. I tried contacting the office, was very kindly told to send in her records (from a previously closed provider so I didn't know if I can get them but am working on it). When I said I wasn't sure if I had them but had her old prescription, they told me to send it in and they'd look at it. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard anything back. The team up front and techs are wonderful (giving the only extra star this office deserves), but Dr. Christensen's bedside manner leaves much to be desired

This place is the best! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and they make me feel like I'm the only customer there (although I almost never am). They always reply with "no worries, we can help." And they do! If there was a 10 star rating I would give it to them!

Great experience from start to finish. Dr. Christensen is thorough, patient, and explains everything clearly. The staff is friendly and efficient. I felt well cared for and I definitely recommend.

I like this place, all the women are very nice and helpful. The Dr. was thorough and communicative. In and out quickly. Also got some help with sunglasses. The lady that helped me with my sunglasses went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I appreciate the professionalism at this establishment.

I have been a patient at Carteret Vision Center for many years. I have always had top notch care. From My first pair of prescription readers to contact lenses and also progressive lenses. I highly recommend them and their friendly and professional staff.
