She really cared about solving my problem and getting me the best option for what I needed. She treated me like I was the most important client they have. If you are like me, and you feel like you don't even know where to start when you see the hundreds of frames available, just go in and ask for Nicole. VIP experience all the way.

Had exam and ordered glasses Dec 10th. My insurance pays 400$ for glasses. Pay separately for exam. They usually pay entire balance for any medical so I only expected to pay for the tint I wanted because I understand fully that is an extra . My prescription is not that complicated either. When my glasses still hadn't come in by Jan 2nd, I called and only then was told there was a delay and they would not come in until some time in February. I immediately asked for a refund and was told the manager has to do it and was busy. No call back, no refund of amount I paid , as of Jan 5th. Called again,on hold for 15 min. Told he'd call me later today or tomorrow and I would not accept that. I would stay on hold for it to get done. Would they have waited till I wanted to pay my $173.00 balance the day I ordered--I think not? The manager would not even get on the phone, the same girl told me she spoke to him while i waited and he refunded this morning.. I had to ASK the amount of the refund which is 44.00 less than my out of pocket because of charges for "screening photos". I will be verifying with insurance if if I should be charged for this since it was part of their exam. As if this moment I am not believing manager put the refund in this morning..I feel it was just a blow off. A simple phone call at the time the glasses should have been in with options available would have been great customer service. NOT getting on the phone with a customer is not great customer service. Funny how some places bash online optical services yet every time I've ordered from them in the past it was much much quicker and any issues were handled so much better for so little money I could have wasted. Here, I wasted more money for less customer service when there was an issue. I've had better service at Eyemart Express in person, and a couple different online services including Zenni and Eyewear Direct. Some now even take insurance, so just an FYI for those who read opinions before getting a service.

Booked an appointment online a month out and they call me the day before saying the slot was double booked, and the next available time was months out. Seriously, did we not know this until the day before the appointment? Can we not respect the fact people have to make accomodations for these appointments. I absolutely love the doctor but the scheduling and pushy frame sales people have me looking elsewhere. It'd be really hard for me to recommend this place to anyone I like. Just my experience.

I would highly recommend this location. They offered amazing customer service. 1. I waited less than a week to be seen for an eye exam. 2. The general manager was outgoing and interacted with the staff and customers in a professional manner. He informed individuals waiting in the lobby that there would be a 10 minute delay and apologized for the inconvenience. 3. The optometrist was thorough and offered clear explanations. 4. Kayla did a great job assisting me during my checkout. She was personable and exhibited great communication and customer service skills.

Vision care service has been fine, but I would encourage everyone to double check statements and insurance benefits before paying any bills. For two years in a row, they have only billed our medical insurance (not our vision insurance) and have sent us a bill for the remaining balance. We have had to call to request that they send the bill to our vision care insurance provider.

Everyone in the office was great at their jobs. The ultimate was Matt. He adjusted my glasses when I picked them up. I had new lenses in my own frames. The arms had needed to be adjusted from the beginning like..three prescriptions ago. He did that and fixed the vision through the lenses as well as the fit. Amazing! Phenomenal! The best!!!

This is my first time visiting this office or MyEyeDr company in general. Appointment booking was very smooth. I booked an appointment on a Monday, there was an opening for Thursday that same week . Wednesday I was reached out to by ARIANA from MyEyeDr to confirm my appointment for Thursday and to answer any questions I had. She told me what to ask for that was in my financial range and what worked best with the insurance I have recently gotten through my employer. I arrived Thursday, the building was clean, the staff were friendly, my appointment was swift there was absolutely not one thing I could complain about. I checked out with Miss NIKOLE who told me my total and had my complimentary sunglasses cleaned up and packaged and my contacts lenses solution and case (complimentary) packed inside my Togo bag. She was very friendly and knowledgeable! It's nice to go to a place that's local that treats you as if they have known you forever ! I can't say enough good things ! I also received a trial set of contact lenses to use until mine arrived . Which was not very long, my lenses were ordered Thursday , they arrived the following Monday to my doorstep just like I was told ! Thank you

They are always so pleasant and welcoming when I come in there. Also, Ms. Nikole is my favorite!!!
