I had my annual appointment this afternoon. It was indeed a pleasant experience. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. I related to Dr.Doty my extremely impressive experience with Technician Rhodes. She was such a professional performing the various segments of my eye exam. Too, the ladies up front are very cordial as well. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew this visit would be different. Every single person I met was not only professional but thrilled to be doing their job -- and that joy was contagious. Garrett, who handled the pre-exam tests, deserves a special shout-out. I've never enjoyed having bright lights flashed in my eyes, but somehow he made it downright pleasant. I would've happily done the tests twice! And Dr. Hobbs? An absolute joy -- caring, attentive, and so good at explaining everything. I left feeling seen (literally and figuratively!). I honestly wish I needed another exam next week just for the chance to visit them all again. If you're looking for an eye doctor who makes you feel valued and cared for from start to finish -- this is the place.

Family Eye Care is the "BEST!" Great Customer Service Receptionist, Great location, Great Staff, Short waiting periods and Courtney Matthews is up to date on Eye Care. She is very patient in explaining the status of your Eye Care. I am very pleased for the past 5 years Family Eye Care!

I called today and asked for an appointment for my son (15 years old) and was told they were accepting new patients in the Spring - six months out. I suppose I will just have to explain to his pediatrician in the follow up appointment that he still cannot see because they are no eye care providers in New Bern that can see him.

I've had Dr Leary for years, he's always helpful with my concerns and addresses any vision issues, Had LASIK surgery that's giving me issues with led lights and my light sensitivity he's working with me to figure out by trying treatment before having to see a specialist. Always kind and respectful
