This was my first time coming to this office and I had an appointment with Dr Megan. She was exceptional; informative, nice, and caring. The exam was very thorough. The facility was clean and up to date. The glasses selection was great with an abundance of brands and styles choices. The staff were very pleasant and caring. I have now found my eye doctor.

Been receiving care for over 20 years here. Never have had a problem. Absolutely love the family that runs the business. Both Megan and Sandra are wonderful. Megan has went to Extreme lengths to help my daughter and also me with our eyes. Thanks so much for a great doctor for my family.

Had a great experience overall. First time having an eye exam in 11-12 years and I was nervous, but I knew I needed it. They were very friendly and relatable, and they walked me through every step. The Dr was very thorough in explaining everything to me and informing me of the severity of my vision loss. The only thing I could ask for is more affordable options for glasses, but they have very nice options with, high end brand names. I got a copy of my prescription and ordered a cheap pair elsewhere for now until i can afford a fancy pair from the office, and I can actually SEE! Most importantly, I can clearly see the faces of the people I love! The exam itself was affordable for those of us who pay out of pocket, and I appreciate that given the rise in prices all over the place. Thank you for giving me my vision back!

The prices for the glasses were over 80% higher than Salem Optical even with Medicaid. The gentleman that was working with my granddaughter started out rude and she did not like what they had and he apparently does not know how to work with children.

I was a patient of 3 years. I was having a problem with my eyes that I felt needed immediate attention. Called and left 2 different messages and no response at all. I won't be going back.

I started seeing Sandra as a kid shortly after she opened her practice. Always a great experience. Moved away for over 10 years and was welcomed back to her practice when I returned and she remembered me. Her daughter is now at the practice with her and she is just as nice and friendly as her mom. All the staff are great people. My insurance doesn't cover glasses at all and she has no problem giving me my prescription so I can order glasses online.

I had been to this establishment before to possibly purchase a frame and pair of sunglasses. During that visit everything was great and everyone was very professional. However, over the past week I have attempted to call around 4 times and never got an answer or call back. This last time I called ,which was around 4 o'clock today, I finally decided to leave a voicemail. In the voicemail and made a quick remark about who I am and how many times I had called. When I was finally called back ~30 minutes later I was finally able to talk to someone. This woman I spoke to named either Roxanna or Roxanne immediately went into accusing me of leaving poor quality messages. I'm not sure how I would've knowing that the message from today was the only one I'd left. We conversed back and forth about an appointment in which her voice was very low and muted so I told her that her phone may be messed up. She fixed it and everything seemed fine. After this she began to take my information and her unwarranted attitude was finally very apparent. After talking down to me like I am a child I told her I believe I am good and hung up on her. She then called back ~10 minutes later and tried to get me to book an appointment still. She acknowledged that she may have been rude to me. I would have rather at that point just not had a follow up call in all honesty. Overall, this all rubbed me the wrong way from not answering my various phone calls during business hours to being extremely rude to me and talking to me like I am a child.
