Eyecare center did a good job. They check your eyes out. Make sure you hadn't got any problems and I've seen an old employee there in the office so they brought her back so I'm real thrilled about that cause I like her and she knows how to do the insurance.

Sadly this was a bad experience. Im not one to leave reviews especially low rated ones. Considering insurance only allows 1 visit every 2 years I believe this is necessary to warn others. When I first arrived I was met with a blonde taller woman at the front desk She seemed annoyed at the start. Im an understanding person so thought maybe just having a rough day. When I was brought back I was met with two young females. One was just doing her regular routine it seemed while the other one by a M name Mellissa or Marissa had a maroon lipstick was very rude seemed irrated. Had smirk of annoyance. Felt Very rushed. Not a great environment nor experience.

This was my 2nd visit with the Eye Care Center and again I was very pleased. I had very little wait time. Each person spent time with me through each step and answered my questions. I felt respected and I felt they truly cared about me as a patient. I 100% recommend them to anyone.

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Dr. Zophia Rendon was incredibly rude and condescending. I had been waiting months for this appointment. She had no interest in dialing in the correct prescription for me. I let her know that my vision was really blurry from the dilation drops that had JUST been put in my eyes but she proceeded anyway. Needless to say, I left with a prescription that was useless. I've had contacts and glasses for 20 years and have never had such an awful experience. She is all about clicking boxes for payment. Most insurance will only cover (1) eye appointment a year. Don't waste it with her. It's too important. Seriously. Find anywhere else. I ended up buying contacts based on my past Rx because she was impossible to deal with. There are more details but I've shared enough I hope, to help discourage you from going here. Thankful to her staff and Bret for helping me to at least get a useable prescription.

I'm posting this for my 72 year old mother. My mother was there in November of 2025 and got her eye exam and glasses, which costed her over $200. She had to go back a month later because she was having issues. They charged her for another eye exam and when she wanted to just get the lenses replaced in the glasses she just bought, they told her that wasn't possible???? I have never had an eye place tell me they can't replace the lenses, expecially in a frame that you bought from them! My mother had to buy another pair of glasses that costed her another $200. This place seems to be ripped off people!!!! My elder mother on a fixed income having to pay over $400 in two months is ridiculous!!!

BEWARE!! My appointment went well & I have no complaints with the doctor or assistant. But I was charged $50.00 & my vision insurance is a $0 copay for annual visit. When I asked what the charge was, I was told $10 was for the contact lens fitting fee & $20 for the contac lens. It plainly says on the boxes they are NOT FOR SALE. That is illegal & I will be addressing it when I return next week to have my contact lens checked. I paid it but realized I had never paid for them before & read the boxes.
Doctors have had their license taken for selling samples of meds which is the same thing!!! DO NOT PAY FOR SAMPLES!!
