Had an exam earlier in the year had questions about contacts call to ask to have the doctor to call me back they refuse. All they want. Is you to come in and pay for an exam to ask questions I always been able to have an eye doctor call me back and answer questions definitely would never go back to here. When I decided I had to do something about the poor eyesight I was experiencing, especially when driving at night, I went to Google and discovered Pisgah Hearing and Vision. I am so fortunate I did. Dr. Reames found serious cataract issues. Rather than recommend a new prescription and set of glasses, she referred me to the eye expert, Dr. Duggan (Wake Forest and Duke grad) at Carolina Opthamology, who surgically removed the cataracts in both eyes and successfully addressed my eyesight issues. I can't thank Dr. Reames enough for this. Her assistant, Meredith, also was kind, considerate, and super efficient. The ladies at the adjoining eyeglass center were also well informed and helpful, letting me know about the Blue Cross "Blue Card" which resulted in a savings of $300. This was a terrific experience overall which I want to share with everyone coming to Google for advice and counsel on their eyes and how to care for them properly. Pisgah Vision is the place to go.

i do not recommend -- the eye exams and prescriptions are inaccurate. i ordered glasses with the prescription they gave me 3 times and still was incorrect.

When a receptionist asks you "Why are you here? Most people come once a year." She toId me the clinic is closed till 1:30 pm. This was at 1:10 pm when she opened the locked door for me My appointment was at 1:20 pm. I have glaucoma, diabetes and cataracts. Should I need to justify having an appointment 8 months after my last one? I used to work in a medical clinic. This type of attitude would never have been allowed. I asked her to have the Optometrist to call me...that didn't happen!!!!

This is a wonderful place to go for your vision needs. I was very impressed with the doctor. She took loads of time with me answering a lot of questions. They have the updated procedures that are the utmost thorough and totally accurate. Service was warm, professional and on time. The facility was very organized and clean. And the best part was it wasn't any more cost than the fast glass joints and you have better quality!!!

I felt listened to!! Every issue I had she talked it through with me. We discussed every option of correcting my vision and she helped me decide what was best for me ( bifocals, progressives, contacts,lasik). Did not feel rushed. And the best bonus was their technology does not require dilating your eyes!!!

was on a trip with friends when my glasses got pretty messed up. i came in, got them fixed for free, and was out in 5 minutes. nice people with even better service!!

I see real good cause they care about my eyeballs so much!
