I had the pleasure today to have a very thorough eye exam and consultation with Lynda Shepard and her Assistant. Dr Shepard took her time and did a thorough eye exam and even checked twice to make sure her readings we're correct. I feel very blessed to have had the great experience with them both and their patience and kindness. I would give 10 stars if I could. As my prescription for my previous glasses weren't correct from another eye office in town but she was so gracious she didn't come right out and say it. Thank you Pisgah vision !!!

a very big waste of time and money, i wasn't listened to or given any amount of effort, and i was dismissed every time i said i still couldn't read the letters through the lens, and i was told to strain my eyes instead of putting a stronger lens in. then i was told i just needed to get used to glasses when i have worn glasses my whole life with the weakest pair being 4.75 as a child and my most recent pair being 6.75 but i was sent away with a prescription for 1.75, with my eyes dilated so that i couldn't read that till i got home. such a waste of time when i've been without glasses for a year and i was so relieved to be at that appointment, but now i have to start over and find another eye doctor

Very professional, office staff exceptional. Very personable and caring. Overall--a great experience!
