Jasmine and Lauren were the best! You could not tell that training was going on. They allowed me to be myself and feel comfortable. I really appreciate the care that they took with me. Excellent teamwork!!!

Friendly and welcoming staff! Very short wait time and when looking at frames they took so much time and care when helping me choose!!! Even helped me to understand why I may need larger frames for different lenses. Really appreciate the sincere and kind personal touch at every turn.

I will be finding a new eye doctor after years of terrible service with the office in Reidsville. The only available doctors are virtual and they have messed up my prescription 3 of the last 4 times. The staff appears very Inexperienced these days and there's someone new everytime you go. It's a shame what's happened to a once great office. Dr. Cotter has always been the best but since it was taken over by My Eye Doctor it's been horrible. I've been a patient there for 19 years but I'm not putting up with the stress and hardship anymore. I'll drive the extra miles to go somewhere else.

It was quick and convenient. Brittany and Jasmin were kind, respectful, and did a great job during the first part of my checkup. The virtual eye doctor did take a long time to answer and there were some audio issues, but other than that the appointment went well. I would rather have an in person eye doctor next time though. Checkout was pretty smooth as well. There was a time before my appointment where I came in to the office unscheduled, complaining of SEVERE eye pain and had trouble blinking and they sent me away and said the doctor was overbooked and would call when they had an opening to schedule something. Thankfully I looked into it myself and it ended up being a stye in my inner eye lid causing the pain. It would of been nice for them to at least recommend a place for me to go while I waited for that call that never happened, or to even check on me to see if I was okay days later or something, but neither did they call like they said they would nor did they call to see if I was ok or alive. That made me give such a low rating.

The worst customer service I've have ever had. Rude and nasty attitude staff. Physical dr himself is great but with this company, they avoid the Physical dr at all cost. And guess what, these staff members do not have any education.

My dad had an appointment at this office. He checked in, they made him fill out paperwork and then proceed to tell him that his appointment is now cancelled because he was 10 minutes late! This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Most offices have a 15 minute grace period. If he was 10 minutes late and not going to be seen, why did they make him fill out paperwork? We called back today to discuss with someone in office and were put on hold for 17 minutes. Mind you, it took THREE months to get this appointment for an emergency visit, my dad could NOT see out of his left eye, it was not a routine visit!! Avoid this office - they do not care about patients! Very rude staff!! They said to fill out the form on their site for patient relations. We already did that seeing as how they send everyone the same reply. And they have not done anything yet. No one has called. As if we would even go back to this office. My dad was already seen by another doctor in another office, they were able to give him an appt in 3 days not months!

Best experience EVER. Excellent customer service began as soon as I walked through the door. Tech Pat knows her stuff & put me at ease with her fantastic personality, know-how & efficiency. Dr. Cotter is extremely wise & professional. I appreciate how he educates as he examines. Eyewear consultant, Anna, was beyond pleasant & most helpful. Five stars is the least I could do for this visit... I recommend anyone to this wonderful place of business. You are most certain to be taken well care of!

First and last visit to myeyedr office on Freeway Dr NC. Staff was pleasant and friendly but the wait time was way too long. I was there from 9:15 to 11:15 and still hadn't seen the doctor only to find out my visit was virtual. I left not seeing the doctor.
