I went in there tonight to explore my benefits of my new insurance. Brittany is outstanding! For real, y'all should give her a raise. I have never had someone help me with my eyes the way she did! A lot of people don't understand when you're that far in the negative you truly cannot see. But she did and I'm 36 and I've wore contacts since I was 14 and I've never had a better experience! So patient and kind and knowledgeable. I have a weird shaped nose so she was helping we find glasses that didn't make my nose look super weird! Outstanding and fantastic worker! Absolutely again the best!!! Y'all better keep our around or if you're reading these reviews ask for her!

I've been a patient here for a couple of years. The staff is incredible, professional, and very knowledgeable. Dr Williams was amazing but he has left. Dr Beverly Gough is probably the best optometrist I've been to in a long time. She is thorough, professional, very knowledgeable and spends time getting your prescription just right. Jasmine is awesome! She is again, thorough, knowledgeable, professional and like both Drs, is very friendly. Great place. Great care. You can trust they will get things right for you

Cathy is hands down the most caring, sweetest, genuine, honest person I have ever met. She took the time to sit down with me and help me find the frames that work with my prescription. My prescription is not an easy one to work with and Cathy worked hard to make sure I was happy with my frames and how they looked on me. I absolutely adore her.

Dr. Gough is absolutely the best! She took the time to answer my questions and gave the most thorough examination I have ever had. I tore the cornea in my left eye and lost the vision in that eye in 2012. Dr. Gough is the only optician I have seen since then that that has cared enough to explain the damage done to my left eye, what she thought my success rate with a transplant would be and showed genuine concern for my feelings and concerns about my left eye.
