I have always trusted and loved this eye care center! But what makes it is the girls on the front end but mostly Dr. Moore is a true gem she is single handily taking care of ever patient by herself and has not missed a beat! She needs to be recognized and commended for the truly amazing job she does!

The doctors have all been great. I called today because I'm having issues with my eyes. I asked when my next appointment would be. She said I didn't have one. First when she answered the phone she did not address herself, very "curt" with her answers. I asked why I wasn't reminded of my next appointment? I got no notification. "Oh well" she responds to which I say my prescription has expired right? Yes, the earliest appointment is in August!!! I said ok, please make me an appointment, then she hung up!! Wow

Everyone we came in contact with, from the front desk ladies to the assistant and Dr Moore, were absolutely fabulous. Such a pleasant experience!

Had a great eye appointment experience. I found everyone in the building to be very friendly. The doctor was also very friendly and had no problems or hesitations with any questions I asked. Great experience even when choosing glasses. Helpful and not pushy on selling, upselling. But I was made aware of different options and warranty plans.

I will not recommend The Eye Care Center in Roanoke Rapids to anyone. I bought glasses after my exam and got everything on them but transition lenses. I paid $35 for the Eyewear Protection Plan at that time. Three months later I took my glasses back because they had a scratch on them. They took my glasses and charged me $56.40 for the repair. Apparently the protection plan is so you only pay 10% of the repair. I was not told that when I originally ordered my glasses. I was also not told when I took my glasses in for the repair that I have to have a whole new set of lenses, which now now cost $564. But I only have to pay $56.40. The original cost of my glasses with frames was $468.80. So the repair is more than the glasses originally cost which included the frames. I don't understand why glasses you have for three months aren't under warranty. Obviously the protection plan is a joke. I ended up buying frames and glasses online a few months later because the lenses were scratched again. I have had no problem with these lenses. Makes me wonder if they even put the scratch coating and all the other extras I paid for on the glasses.

Excellent service, explained the issue I was having and made sure I understood. The staff and the Dr were awesome!

Doctor Moore was very professional and takes time with her patients. Explains everything, answers all questions or concerns you may have.

Everyone was very professional and kind. Didn't make me feel rushed. Treated me like a friend. Loved my first visit with them. Great job!!
